Compartiendo tiempo de calidad con mi familia con un delicioso pabellón
Hello my beautiful people of #Familyandfriends, happy Thursday of Hope. I hope you are all well; we are here, thank God. Today, once again, I welcome you to my blog.
You know that for me, spending quality time with my loved ones and enjoying a good meal is essential. My children and I have that special connection that is strengthened in the kitchen and at the table, and when I have a day off, I dedicate myself to pampering them, especially their tummies, since they love to enjoy my food.
That's why I prepared one of their favorite dishes: pavilion! For those unfamiliar, this delicious typical Venezuelan dish consists of white rice, black beans, shredded beef, and slices of ripe plantain. Extremely delicious.
Even though the whole family wasn't there, as my daughter was working on a college project and my husband was at work, spending time with my sons and listening to them was the best. Hearing their stories, their laughter, and their anecdotes is the best thing for me. Those are the moments I treasure in my heart and I hope they will also treasure in their memories.
For me, moments like these are what truly matter: the love, unity, and joy we share as a family together at the table.
So, even though some members were missing, hehe, I'm grateful for the moments I was able to share with my children. I hope you all find time to enjoy those little family moments, too. Remember, the most important thing isn't just the food, but the laughter and love we share around the table.

Hola mi gente bella de #Familyandfriends, feliz jueves de esperanza. Espero que se encuentren bien; por acá lo estamos gracias a Dios. Hoy, una vez más, les doy la bienvenida a mi blog.
Saben que para mí, pasar tiempo de calidad con mis seres queridos y disfrutar de una buena comida es esencial. Mis hijos y yo tenemos esa conexión especial que se fortalece en la cocina y en la mesa, y cuando tengo el día libre, me dedico a consentirlos, especialmente por la barriguita, ya que a ellos les encanta disfrutar de mi comida.
Por eso les preparé uno de sus platos favoritos: ¡el pabellón! Para aquellos que no lo conocen, este delicioso plato típico venezolano consiste en arroz blanco, caraotas negras, carne desmechada y tajadas de plátano maduro. Extremadamente delicioso.
A pesar de que no estaba la familia completa, pues mi hija estaba realizando un trabajo de la universidad y mi esposo estaba trabajando, compartir con mis hijos varones y escucharlos fue lo maximo. Escuchar sus historias, sus risas y sus anécdotas es lo mejor para mí. Esos momentos son los que atesoro en mi corazón y que espero que ellos también atesoren en sus recuerdos.
Para mí momentos como estos son los que realmente importan, el amor, la unión y la alegría que compartimos como familia juntos en la mesa.
Así que, aunque faltaron algunos miembros jejeje, me siento agradecida por los momentos que pude compartir con mis hijos. Espero que todos ustedes también encuentren tiempo para disfrutar de esos pequeños momentos en familia. Recuerden que lo más importante no es solo la comida, sino las risas y el amor que compartimos alrededor de la mesa.
