Bueno en primera instancia les comento que este viaje fue un tanto abrupto ya que no estaba en nuestros planes pero bueno unos amigos venezolanos que conocimos aquí tenían una cita de extranjería en la ciudad de Málaga así que decidieron también llevarnos para así disfrutar de la ciudad y de la calidez de dicha ciudad que está por el sur de España en la provincia de Andalucía.
Well, first of all, I'll tell you that this trip was a bit abrupt since it wasn't in our plans, but some Venezuelan friends we met here had an immigration appointment in the city of Malaga, so they decided to take us there too, so we could enjoy the city and the warmth of the city, which is located in the south of Spain in the province of Andalusia.
Bueno como les decía este viaje era con destino Málaga-María Zambrano y como buenos latinos que somos reservamos boletos en oferta pero llegamos tarde a la estación 😅 así que nos tocó comprar otra vez los boletos debido a que los que teníamos estaban en oferta y no cubrían un reembolso o algo por el estilo y bueno no salimos a la hora prevista sino más tarde pero al menos salvamos el boleto de retorno que aún teníamos vigente y no hacía falta comprarlo otra vez.
Well, as I was saying, this trip was to Málaga-María Zambrano and being the good Latinos that we are, we booked tickets on sale but we arrived late at the station 😅 so we had to buy the tickets again because the ones we had were on sale and didn't cover a refund or anything like that and well, we didn't leave at the scheduled time but later but at least we saved the return ticket that we still had valid and there was no need to buy it again.
La empresa en la que nos fuimos se llama Iryo que por lo que tengo entendido es italiana por los colores y algunas palabras alrededor de cada tren. Del 1 al 10 la experiencia es regular, no es lo mejor de lo mejor pero tampoco es fea, digamos que es como un 7 y 8 a lo mucho. Los asientos no son reclinables además de lo caro de la comida y snacks que ofrecen.
The company we traveled with is called Iryo, which I understand is Italian, given the colors and some words surrounding each train. On a scale from 1 to 10, the experience is average; it's not the best of the best, but it's not bad either; let's say it's a 7 or 8 at best. The seats don't recline, and the food and snacks are expensive.
Después de unas extenuantes 3 horas de viaje en tren llegamos a Málaga en la estación Málaga-María Zambrano y la verdad es que es una sensación increíble, estar en otra ciudad, en otra provincia, otro clima y sobre todo una nueva oportunidad de exploración en territorio Español ya que la mayor parte del tiempo estoy en Madrid.
After a grueling 3-hour train ride, we arrived in Málaga at the Málaga-María Zambrano station. It truly is an incredible feeling: to be in another city, another province, another climate, and, above all, a new opportunity to explore Spanish territory, since I spend most of my time in Madrid.
Dicha estación en comparación con puerta de Atocha tiene una diferencia abismal ya que esta estación tiene muchísimas más tiendas que Atocha lo cual lo hace un sitio muy turístico y agradable. Aquí me tomé esta foto con este Pacman gigante que está súper fino.
This station, compared to Puerta de Atocha, has a huge difference, as it has many more shops than Atocha, making it a very touristy and pleasant place. I took this photo here with this giant Pac-Man, which is super cool.

Luego de dejar nuestras cosas en el hotel procedimos a caminar un poco la ciudad y vimos si podíamos ir a la playa que teníamos más cerca la cula fue la Playa de San Andrés. Cómo llegamos tarde a Málaga no pudimos llegar a la hora de la puesta de sol o atardecer pero si pudimos sentir la arena y estar ahí un rato en la fría playa pero aún así la pasamos bien. Nos tomamos algunas fotos e incluso podíamos disfrutar de la naturaleza del mar, del oleaje suave (en comparación con el mar Caribe) y así.
After dropping off our things at the hotel, we walked around the city a bit and saw if we could go to the nearest beach, which was Playa de San Andrés. Since we arrived late in Malaga, we couldn't make it to sunset, but we were able to feel the sand and spend some time on the cold beach. We still had a good time. We took some photos and even enjoyed the natural beauty of the sea, the gentle waves (compared to the Caribbean Sea), and so on.
La playa estaba muy bonita, no habían muchas personas solo algunas chicas conviviendo y jugando con una pelota, escuchando música y conversando.
The beach was very beautiful, there weren't many people, just some girls hanging out and playing with a ball, listening to music, and chatting.
Cómo les comentaba el oleaje es súper suave en comparación con las playas de Venezuela y como era de noche el agua está súper helada, lo sorprendente fue que uno de los chicos del grupo que estaban cerca de nosotros se metió al agua ya que creo que lo habían retado a hacerlo pero yo solo remojé los pies y de ahí no pude más 😂😅
As I was telling you, the waves are super gentle compared to the beaches in Venezuela and since it was at night the water is super cold. The surprising thing was that one of the boys in the group who was near us got into the water since I think they had challenged him to do it, but I only soaked my feet and from there I couldn't take it anymore 😂😅
Fue una experiencia súper agradable y tratamos de ver el lado positivo a pesar de todo el trajín que conlleva viajar a veces jajaja pero bueno ya pronto les traeré la segunda parte de esta aventura Malagueña 😅🇪🇸😁📍
It was a super nice experience and we tried to see the positive side despite all the hustle and bustle that traveling entails sometimes hahaha but oh well, I'll soon bring you the second part of this Malaga adventure 😅🇪🇸😁📍
