In my case, I love going out for walks for hours, I feel that when you go out alone and walk, you not only think better, but you also give mobility to your body and in a certain way, it exercises 💪🏻
Lately, I have had many personal disappointments, so I have been going out for walks more often, of course safely and always in public spaces where there are enough people; I am a girl, so you always have to be careful. This type of custom has helped me a lot in my mental and physical health, so I always leave everything to God and take it easy!

El día de hoy salí a caminar un poco y tomar aire que nunca está de más, así que decidí visitar está plaza que quedó a 20 min de casa, normalmente uno puede con todo y todas la situaciones de la vida, pero pues existen los altibajos lo importante es la forma en la que lo enfrentamos y como buscamos salir de esos disgustos! En mi caso amo salir a caminar durante horas, siento que cuando sales sola y caminas no solo piensas mejor si no que también le das movilidad al cuerpo y de cierta forma se ejercita 💪🏻
Últimamente he tenido muchos disgustos personales así que he estado saliendo a caminar más seguido, por supuesto de forma segura y siempre en espacios públicos donde haya suficientes personas; soy chica así que siempre hay que estar atenta. Este tipo de costumbres me ha ayudado muchísimo en mi salud mental como en la física así que siempre dejándole todas las cosas a Dios y dándole con calma!
