Les doy la bienvenida a mi blog y feliz día para todos!

Hace unos días por una publicación me enteré que estamos en la celebración del bitcoin pizza day! Y la verdad no quise quedarme atrás con este compartir..menos si me encanta la pizza, así que junto a mi familia decidimos planificarnos y lo más sencillo posible preparamos unas pizzas en casa, preparada por nosotros mismos con los ingredientes que más nos gusta, algo que además de unirnos con la celebración nos une para colaborar y entre todos poner de nuestra parte y ayuda para las pizzas sean un hecho...cocinarlas y comerlas jaja.

La verdad que no teníamos presupuesto para comprar tantas pizzas para todos en casa, así que pensé, en uno de los supermercados que visito con frecuencia venden un combo muy bueno y económico de pizza, que incluye tres porciones circulares de tamaño mediano de masa de pizza con un buen trozo de queso mozzarella, lo suficiente para las tres pizzas, y a eso si le podía llegar al precio así que salí, lo compre y me fui muy feliz a casa.

Al llegar me puse directamente manos a la obra, junto con mi novio dejamos listo los ingredientes, en este caso cortamos cebolla, pimentón y el queso, me hubiera gustado agregarle más cosas pero la verdad que no tenía el presupuesto suficiente, pero espero en una próxima oportunidad preparar las pizzas con mis ingredientes favoritos, lo que si fue que a una le corte pedazos de jamón y le rocíe orégano que sin duda le da muy bien sabor, aparte de la masa, el queso y los demás ingredientes faltaba la salsa, esa la compré ya de paquete porque no quería perder tiempo preparando una yo misma jaja, estaba muy ansiosa por comer pizza y lo bueno de estas masas es que se cocinan rápido, justo lo que yo quería.

Al final, cuando salieron todas las pizzas del horno nos dirigimos a la mesa todos en familia, mi mamá, mi papá, mi hermano mi novio y yo, mi mamá no pudo comer por su dieta pero todos los demás si pudimos disfrutar de varias rebanadas, estaba deliciosa para estar sencilla, sin muchos ingredientes y delgada la masa, algo que se agradece cuando la pizza no lleva mucho en la superficie, aunque solo con la salsa y el queso derretido la hacia la mejor pizza, y disfrutarla al lado de mi familia lo hace una celebración mucho más especial.

A few days ago by a publication I found out that we are celebrating the bitcoin pizza day! And the truth is that I didn't want to be left behind with this sharing...less if I love pizza, so together with my family we decided to plan and as simple as possible we prepared some pizzas at home, prepared by ourselves with the ingredients that we like the most, something that besides joining us with the celebration unites us to collaborate and between all do our part and help for the pizzas to be a fact...cook and eat them haha.

The truth is that we did not have the budget to buy so many pizzas for everyone at home, so I thought, in one of the supermarkets that I visit frequently they sell a very good and economical pizza combo, which includes three medium sized circular portions of pizza dough with a good piece of mozzarella cheese, enough for three pizzas, and that if I could reach the price so I went out, bought it and went home very happy.

When I arrived I got straight to work, together with my boyfriend we left the ingredients ready, in this case we cut onion, paprika and cheese, I would have liked to add more things but the truth is that I did not have enough budget, but I hope in a next opportunity to prepare the pizzas with my favorite ingredients, What I did do was that I cut pieces of ham and sprinkled oregano on one of them, which undoubtedly gives it a great flavor, apart from the dough, the cheese and the other ingredients the sauce was missing, I bought it out of the package because I didn't want to waste time preparing one myself haha, I was very anxious to eat pizza and the good thing about these doughs is that they cook fast, just what I wanted.

At the end, when all the pizzas came out of the oven we all went to the table as a family, my mom, my dad, my brother, my boyfriend and me, my mom could not eat because of her diet but all the rest of us could enjoy several slices, it was delicious for being simple, without many ingredients and thin dough, something that is appreciated when the pizza does not have much on the surface, although only with the sauce and melted cheese made it the best pizza, and enjoying it with my family makes it a much more special celebration.
