Wazzup hivers! I hope November is treating you better. It's official! I'm finally a graduate of CCS TESDA. This journey has been a whirlwind of learning, laughter, and late-night study sessions. My CCS TESDA journey was a mix of intense learning, fun times, and late-night studying. I was nervous but excited on the first day, eager to learn about Contact Center Service. It was overwhelming at first, but our instructors were amazing, supportive, patient, and always there to guide us. I still remember the first day, feeling shy and nervous during introductions. The friendships that are built along the way and the experience that i get is so memorable. I will miss the days that i need to wake up early and the cramming time just to pass the project on time. It still feels so unreal that it all ends today.
So today I'm gonna share with you our graduation and our little celebration. Before the day of our graduation, we decided to have a small salo salo after the graduation. The plan that we agreed to is boodle fight for those who don't what is boodle fight according to google " A boodle fight may also be called a "kamayan," a Tagalog word meaning "eating with the hands." In a typical boodle fight, rice is placed in the center of the table, with meat and other dishes on top or next to it." It's a famous way of celebrating any occasions. So we picked some dishes for our boodle fight and we needed to pay 100 pesos before our graduation so that we could buy the necessary ingredients and cook them. 4 of our classmates volunteered to cook the foods in their house so that they will just bring it in our classroom already cooked.
So on the day of our graduation i get up early and went to our classroom cause our instructor announced that we still have papers that needs to be signed before we start our graduation. As i arrived there, they are so busy signing papers and preparing our food for our celebration. And the afternoon students are also there cause were gonna celebrate together.
So the graduation started well it's just giving certificates so we just did it the room. Our instructor gave a little speech telling that he's greatful to teach us and hoped that we learned something and that we will apply those things in the real work or world. And joke's that he can't believe we were able to passed the course and we just laughed. After he gave a speech our other instructor gave a short speech as well saying that she's thankful that we get through the course and she's happy that none of us drop out along the way.
After that our instructor started calling the names that have passed and gave the certificate to the in alphabetical manner. Once our names are called we will stand in the front and he will gave us the certificate and take some money. And every name that he called upon he always has nicknames to each of us and for me it's the "smiling girl" and "the always who go volunteered first in each activity" though that part is not true hahaha. The graduation was going smoothly because our instructor jokes each time he calls someone. After everyone was called upon we took pictures with all of us in the front with our certificates. After that its the batch 4 turns and still the same procedure.
After all of that it's time to eat! Our celebration is in the other classroom which is more spacious and before we eat we prayed for the food and giving thanks to the lord that we were able to finished our journey in CCS. And then it's time to eat! Our meal might not be fancy, but it's absolutely delicious. The most important thing is that we're all full and happy.
( We didn't get to take a picture with all of us with the fold cause we were so hungry )
After we eat we sing karaoke thankfully one of our classmates brought a speaker and a microphone and some of our classmates sings and i just watched them but still i had fun. They sing like tomorrow's never come hahaha we even joke that it might rain because of their voice hahaha.
As the afternoon approached, it was time for me to head home. I still had classes to attend, and the thought of leaving them already tugged at my heart. Bidding them farewell, I expressed my hope that even if we bumped into each other outside of this place, we wouldn't act like strangers. Our shared experience had forged a connection, and I wanted to cherish that.
After i said my goodbyes to them i went home immediately. After graduation, our paths diverged. Some of us embarked on a new adventure, venturing into the bustling world of the BPO industry. Others, however, returned to their familiar routines, picking up where they left off. The journey ahead held different promises for each of us, but the shared experiences of our time together would always remain.
Looking back, I'm so grateful for the opportunity to learn from such talented and dedicated instructors, to the PrimeTech Skills Institute . They not only taught us the technical skills we needed but also instilled in us the importance of being a excellent contact service agent. And i would like to thank you for joining me from the beginning to the end of my journey as a CCS student, thank you very much. This graduation isn't just the end of a chapter, it's the beginning of a new one.
I'm ready to take on the world with the knowledge and skills I've gained at CCS TESDA. To my fellow graduates, congratulations! Let's celebrate this achievement and embrace the exciting future that awaits us. 🥂
