Hello everyone, today I'm here to share a little bit of what happened on Tuesday, with an afternoon of meeting and lots of pleasant conversation with my colleague Hiver Neblo.
Hola a todos, el día de hoy les vengo a compartir un poco de lo que fue el día martes con una tarde de reunión y mucha charla bastante agradable junto con mi compañero Hiver Neblo.
To put it into context, we usually joked about the fact that, unlike other creators on the web, we don't know or don't know of any other hivers who live here in the city of San Juan de los Morros, so for months we had been planning both to meet up and to make some visits with the goal of generating content and so on, but in the end we never agreed, which was recently when it finally happened.
Para entrarlos un poco en contexto, normalmente hacíamos bromas con el hecho de que, a diferencia de otros creadores en la web, no conocemos o no sabemos de más hivers que vivan acá en la ciudad de San Juan de los Morros, por lo que desde hacía meses estábamos planificando tanto para reunirnos como para hacer algunas visitas con el objetivo de generar un contenido y demás, pero a la final nunca nos poníamos de acuerdo, cosa que recientemente fue cuando por fin sucedió.
For this, we decided to meet at a place we'd previously mentioned, called Churro Express, located right in the city center, providing a sort of midway point for both of us. We met at the entrance of the establishment, and once we were inside and seated at a table, we settled into what would be a long conversation on a variety of topics, which flowed naturally.
Para esto decidimos tomar como punto de encuentro un sitio que ya habíamos dicho con antelación, llamado Churro Express, el cual está ubicado en pleno centro de la ciudad, siendo en parte un punto medio para ambos. Nos encontramos en la entrada del local y, una vez adentrados y ubicados en una mesa, nos dispusimos a lo que sería una larga conversación de diversos temas, los cuales fueron fluyendo con naturalidad.
We also tried the restaurant's speciality, which was Neblo's churros. We were able to enjoy a bit of something sweet, which I really liked since it had been years since I'd tried them other than some homemade ones my aunt made. The ones from that place were covered in chocolate and weren't too sweet, which added a plus. We both gave it a 6-point rating (there are no photos of the churros because we got distracted eating and talking, since they were really good, haha). The restaurant also offers coffee, donuts, cakes, and other products.
Así mismo probamos la presentación del local, que eran los churros por parte de Neblo. Pudimos disfrutar un rato de algo dulce, lo cual me agradó mucho, puesto que tenía varios años que no los probaba más allá de unos que hacía mi tía de manera casera, y los de ese local estaban bañados en chocolate y no eran muy dulces, lo cual añadió un plus más. Entre ambos le pusimos una calificación de 6 puntos (no hay fotos de los churros porque nos distrajimos comiéndolos y hablando, puesto que estaban muy buenos, la verdad, jajaja). Asimismo, el local ofrece cafés, donas, tortas y demás otros productos.
It was a conversation full of curiosities and, among these, also some challenges and laughter with what was a moment of games with my little Sup console and Mario Bros, since Neblo spent a good while trying to pass the game worlds while losing lives several times, making the moment very fun until the battery attacked and, well, we could not continue playing.
Fue una conversación llena de curiosidades y, entre estas, también algo de retos y risas con lo que fue un momento de juegos con mi pequeña consola Sup y el Mario Bros, ya que Neblo estuvo un buen rato tratando de pasar los mundos del juego mientras perdía vidas varias veces, haciendo muy divertido el momento hasta que la batería atacó y, pues, ya no se pudo seguir jugando.
We talked about posting methods, photographs, tips, experiences, even university and a few bits of gossip, along with some plans for some ideas that emerged during the time, which stretched to four hours that flew by until it was time for me to return home. So we took advantage of the long walk to continue talking. Neblo even accompanied me to buy food for my cats until we each went our separate ways to our respective homes.
Hablamos de formas de hacer post, fotografías, trucos, experiencias e incluso de la universidad y uno que otro chisme, junto con algunos planes para algunas ideas que fueron surgiendo durante el rato, el cual se prolongó a cuatro horas que pasaron volando hasta que ya me tocaba regresar a casa, por lo que aprovechamos la caminata larga para seguir hablando; incluso Neblo me acompañó a comprar comida para mis gatitos hasta que ya cada quien tomó su rumbo a su respectivo hogar.
The truth is, I really enjoyed the experience and the meeting, considering it's been a long time since I've gone out like that except with my sister and to visit my friend at his house, which I liked and I had a great time, so, well, I hope you enjoyed reading a little about what that day was like and thank you very much for your time.
La verdad, disfruté mucho la experiencia y la reunión, teniendo en cuenta que hace mucho no salía así en ese plan más que con mi hermana y a visitar a mi amigo a su casa, cosa que me agradó y la pasé muy bien, por lo que, bueno, espero les haya agradado leer un poco sobre lo que fue este día y muchas gracias por su tiempo.
