Today I want to tell you about my significant experience I had with my daughter Sofia, who is currently in fifth grade of elementary school. This year, for her, has been very productive, every exposure that corresponds to her in the classroom is an opportunity to continue advancing together with her classmates.
The classroom teacher assigned a school project to the class, about the states of Venezuela, my daughter was assigned the state of Sucre. Each presentation assigned by her classroom teacher takes days of prior preparation, selection of the topic to be presented with all its contents, preparation of support resources, in this case, the teacher requested a poster with images and key words of the pedagogical project.
Previously, my daughter had her presentations with printed materials, because of the day-to-day occupations, I opted for this quick way out, but my daughter made it difficult for me, she made it very clear that she wanted something different, then she proposed to do them with drawings made by ourselves, I accepted without saying words, I felt a feeling of fear, anguish and commitment, at first I did not trust that I could do it, since I do not know how to draw very well and I was afraid that I would not meet her expectations.
My daughter, with a lot of determination, encouraged me to do it between the two of us, and that was reason enough for the adventure to begin, we got down to work. The first thing we did was to make a sketch of the themes I was going to exhibit, having it clear, we started with the images, we had three days or so, between making the sketches of the drawings, coloring and assembling the sheet.
Between my daughter and I we made the sketches and she wanted to color them all, she loves to draw, since she was a little girl she is very interested in it. Having all the drawings ready, we assembled the poster, we glued the images in place, I placed the themes on each sheet and key words, little by little it took shape, my daughter was delighted by the result, we did what we could with love, dedication and devotion.
When the day of the exhibition arrived, we got up very early, I met with my daughter to iron her hair, she wanted to go with her hair straight and loose, although it took me a long time, the important thing is that my daughter was happy with her hair, that filled me with much happiness. Once we were ready, we went to the school where she studies, I love to go to these learning experiences, the teacher invites all the representatives to support their children, it is a very nice activity, to support our children in every learning process.
When it was her turn to present, I helped her to put her poster on the board, even though she was a little nervous, she did it very well, the teacher congratulated her, he indicated that she was improving a lot in her tone of voice, the use of the resource and eye contact with the listeners. She was immensely happy and I was even happier, every achievement of hers is one of mine as well. I admire these kids now, they are more spontaneous, agile and quicker to adapt to change.
These activities, even though they are quite stressful, require effort and dedication. They are a gift for us, they help us to spend more time together, to strengthen the bonds between us, cultivating our family role and our friendship, which is one of the purest and most sincere that we can have. These memories will stay with us for life. Detrás de los proyectos escolares de mi hija: unión y apoyo
Hola a todos los miembros de esta comunidad, feliz inicio de semana, llena de muchas bendiciones 😊, espero que sea muy productiva y llena de experiencias junto a nuestros hijos.
Hoy quiero contarle mi experiencia significativa que tuve con mi hija Sofía, que actualmente está cursando quinto grado de primaria. Este año, para ella, ha sido muy productivo, cada exposición que le corresponde en el aula es una oportunidad para seguir avanzando junto a sus compañeros.
El docente de aula asignó un proyecto escolar al curso, sobre los estados de Venezuela, a mi hija le correspondió el estado Sucre. Cada exposición asignada por su docente de aula, lleva consigo días de preparación previa, selección del tema a exponer con todos sus contenidos, elaboración de recursos de apoyo, en este caso, el maestro solicitó una lámina con imágenes y palabras claves del proyecto pedagógico.
Anteriormente, mi hija llevaba sus exposiciones con materiales impresos, por las ocupaciones del día a día, optaba por esta salida rápida, pero mi hija me la puso difícil, me dejó muy claro que quería algo diferente, entonces me propuso hacerlas con dibujos hechos por nosotras mismas, acepte sin decir palabras, me embargo un sentimiento de miedo, angustia y compromiso, al principio no confíe que podía hacerlo, ya que no sé dibujar muy bien y tenía temor a que no llenara sus expectativas.
Mi hija, con mucha determinación, me animó para hacerla entre las dos, fue motivo suficiente para que comenzara la aventura, nos pusimos mano a la obra. Lo primero que hicimos fue hacer un bosquejo de los temas que iba a exponer, teniéndolo en claro, iniciamos con las imágenes, tuvimos tres días más o menos, entre haciendo los bocetos de los dibujos, coloreando y armando la lámina.
Entre mi hija y yo realizamos los bocetos y ella quiso colorearlos todos, le fascina dibujar, desde pequeña le llama mucho la atención. Teniendo todos los dibujos listos, armamos la lámina, pegamos las imágenes en su sitio, le coloqué los temas en cada lámina y palabras claves, poco a poco fue agarrando forma, mi hija quedó encantada por el resultado, hicimos lo que pudimos con mucho amor, entrega y dedicación.
Cuando llegó el día de la exposición, nos levantamos muy temprano, quedé con mi hija plancharle el pelo, ella quería ir con el pelo liso y suelto, aunque me llevo bastante tiempo, lo importante de todo es que mi hija estaba feliz con su pelo, eso me lleno de mucha felicidad. Ya estando listas, nos fuimos a la escuela donde ella estudia, me encanta ir a estas experiencias de aprendizaje, el docente hace la invitación a todos los representantes para que apoyen a sus hijos, es una actividad muy bonita, apoyar a nuestros hijos en cada proceso de aprendizaje.
Cuando le tocó el turno de exposición, le ayudé a poner su lámina en la pizarra, a pesar de que estaba un poquito nerviosa, lo hizo muy bien, el docente la felicitó, le indicó que estaba mejorando mucho en el tono de voz, el uso del recurso y el contacto visual con los oyentes. Ella estaba inmensamente feliz y yo más, cada logro de ella, es uno mío también. Admiro a estos niños de ahorita, son más espontáneos, ágiles y se adaptan más rápidos a los cambios.
Estas actividades, a pesar de que son bastante estresante, ameritan de esfuerzo y dedicación. Son un regalo para nosotras, nos ayudan a estar más tiempo juntas, a estrechar vínculos entre nosotras, cultivando más nuestro rol familiar y nuestra amistad, es una de las más puras y sinceras que podemos tener. Estos recuerdos nos acompañarán para toda la vida.
