También Lo Merecemos. Desde el mes de septiembre del año pasado, he tenido que pasar por situaciones a nivel de salud que no esperaba. Primero, aunque siempre he hecho ejercicios, notaba un cansancio muy raro; a partir de allí me diagnosticaron una enfermedad pulmonar que lamentablemente no se cura, pero si se mantienen los cuidados necesarios y los tratamientos, según el médico dice que no habrá muchos inconvenientes; sin embargo, eso no quita la preocupación.

Luego; aparecen unos síntomas hormonales y resulta que mi tiroides no anda muy buena, ya que de acuerdo al eco tiroideo tengo bocio multinodular, y eso es otro tratamiento para que no aumenten de tamaño porque están un poco crecidos; también ando en control endocrinológico, además de la resistencia a la insulina, eso es tratamiento y tratamiento lo que me ha generado demasiado estrés; también tengo un control estricto con las alergias, porque he descubierto por los exámenes que me he realizado, que tengo alergias a muchos alimentos; así que la dieta aunque la he roto en ocasiones, tengo que hacerla por un buen tiempo; hoy la rompí como forma de salir de ese estrés que me agobiante.

Then, some hormonal symptoms appear and it turns out that my thyroid is not doing very well, since according to the thyroid echo I have a multinodular goiter, and that is another treatment so that they do not increase in size because they are a little enlarged; I am also under endocrinological control, in addition to insulin resistance, that is treatment and treatment which has generated too much stress for me; I also have a strict control with allergies, because I have discovered from the tests I have done that I have allergies to many foods, so although I have broken the diet on occasions, I have to do it for a long time; today I broke it as a way to get out of that stress that overwhelms me.

Todo sin contar, con el problema de salud que tiene mi papá que también es delicado, porque ha presentado un meningioma, anda en control, pero lamentablemente se resuelve con cirugía; una intervención que es muy delicada, por ello es que no ha estado activo dentro del ecosistema, pero tenemos fé que todo se resolverá. Por otra parte, hace dos meses sufrí una caída y me lesioné una mano, por lo que tengo que hacerme una cirugía por rotura de tendón; puedo mover la mano y hacer algunas cosas pero me genera mucho dolor; espero a finales de este mes de mayo o inicios de junio ocurra esa cirugía que es costosa.

Han ocurrido muchas cosas más; porque mi esposa, de igual manera está pasando por problemas de salud; pero nos dijimos, ya basta por lo menos por un momento vamos a salir de casa, olvidarnos de todo y pasar un momento a solas. Y aunque sabemos que luego debemos volver a la realidad; sé que nos quitaríamos un estrés tremendo, nos fuimos al centro comercial para disfrutar de una comida en Macdonald y luego al cine; una escapada muy necesaria para nosotros.

All without counting the health problem that my father has, which is also delicate, because he has presented a meningioma, he is under control, but unfortunately it is solved with surgery; an intervention that is very delicate, that is why he has not been active in the ecosystem, but we have faith that everything will be solved. On the other hand, two months ago I suffered a fall and injured my hand, so I have to undergo surgery for tendon rupture; I can move my hand and do some things but it causes me a lot of pain; I hope at the end of this month of May or early June this surgery will take place, which is expensive.

Many other things have happened; because my wife, likewise is going through health problems; but we said to ourselves, enough is enough at least for a moment let's get out of the house, forget about everything and spend a moment alone. And although we know that later we must return to reality; I know that we would remove tremendous stress, we went to the mall to enjoy a meal at Macdonald's and then to the movies; a much needed getaway for us.

Nos fuimos al Centro Comercial Marina Plaza, directamente al cine para comprar las entradas temprano y luego ir a comer en Macdonald sin problemas y sin apuros, la idea era disfrutar el momento. Compré las entradas, que por cierto prácticamente creo que el cine estaba para nosotros solos jejejeje; estábamos muy contentos, porque no estábamos pensando en nada más que pasar una tarde mágica; de verdad nos sentimos libres.

We went to the Marina Plaza Shopping Center, directly to the cinema to buy the tickets early and then go to eat at Macdonald's without problems and without haste, the idea was to enjoy the moment. I bought the tickets, which by the way I practically think that the cinema was for us alone hehehehehe; we were very happy, because we were not thinking about anything else but to spend a magical evening; we really felt free.

Ya con las entradas aseguradas, emprendimos el viaje hacia Macdonald, ya que ese local queda justamente al lado del Centro Comercial, así que no había ningún tipo de apuro. Al llegar al negocio, nos sentamos un momento para conversar de ciertas cosas, porque teníamos mucho tiempo antes de que iniciara la película y me imagino que están intrigados por el nombre de la misma, no se preocupen que más adelante les digo y por cierto me encantó jejeje.

Después fui a la caja para hacer el pedido de lo que íbamos a comer; mi esposa solo quería un combo de papas fritas y su helado. Yo si pedí una hamburguesa con todos sus juguetes y en versión grande jejejejeje; cada segundo que pasaba era sensacional y el muchacho que nos atendió, me dijo que me fuera a la mesa que me llevarían el pedido, que maravilla. Esperamos un momento y ya todo estaba en la mesa; lo que vendría era disfrutar poco a poco y continuar viviendo el mágico momento.

With our tickets already secured, we started our trip to Macdonald's, since that place is right next to the Mall, so there was no rush. When we arrived at the store, we sat down for a moment to talk about certain things, because we had a lot of time before the movie started and I imagine you are intrigued by the name of the movie, don't worry I will tell you later and by the way I loved it hehehehe.

Then I went to the cashier to order what we were going to eat; my wife just wanted a combo of fries and ice cream. I did order a hamburger with all its toys and in a big version hehehehehehehehe; every second that passed was sensational and the guy who attended us, told me to go to the table and they would take my order, how wonderful. We waited for a moment and everything was already on the table; what was to come was to enjoy little by little and continue living the magical moment.

Después de comer tranquilamente y conversar mientras lo hacíamos; nos fuimos al cine, aún quedaba tiempo para entrar a la sala. Primero compré un combo de cotufas y refresco para mí; ya solo quedaba entra a la sala; nos sentamos en los puestos indicados en los tickets y como les dije; la sala estaba para nosotros solos jejejeje, no había más nadie y eso lo hacía más mágico. Como siempre, a mi esposa había que complacerla con su famoso cheese tris, su pepito favorito.

Ahora sí, a disfrutar de la película porque ya había iniciado; bueno, ya saben que vimos Karate Kid Leyendas. Soy sumamente fanático de esa franquicia; he visto todos los Karate Kid y últimamente vi todas las temporadas de Cobra Kai, demasiado buena y no podía perderme la oportunidad de ver esta película en el cine. Les digo que la película es lo máximo, desde mi punto de vista, fue más de lo que esperaba y me atrevo a decir que un de las mejores; por otra parte, el final me encantó, no les digo más, y sin duda alguna se las recomiendo.

Lo importante de todo, es que logramos nuestro cometido, hemos vuelto a la realidad pero siento que de verdad estamos renovados. Este tipo de salidas son sumamente importantes; porque además de alejarnos del estrés diario, también tuvimos la oportunidad de renovar nuestra relación como pareja. Nos sentimos muy contentos, ya estamos en casa, pero felices. Nos vemos pronto mis queridos amigos y familia en general.

After eating quietly and chatting while we did it; we went to the movies, there was still time to enter the theater. First I bought a combo of cotufas and soda for me; now we only had time to enter the theater; we sat in the seats indicated on the tickets and as I told you; the theater was for us alone hehehehehe, there was no one else and that made it more magical. As always, my wife had to be pleased with her famous cheese tris, her favorite snack.

Now yes, let's enjoy the movie because it had already started; well, you know we saw Karate Kid Legends. I am a huge fan of that franchise; I have seen all the Karate Kid and lately I saw all the seasons of Cobra Kai, too good and I could not miss the opportunity to see this movie in the theater. I tell you that the movie is the best, from my point of view, it was more than I expected and I dare to say that one of the best; on the other hand, I loved the ending, that's all I can say, and without any doubt I recommend it to you.

The important thing is that we achieved our goal, we have returned to reality but I feel that we are truly renewed. These types of outings are extremely important; because in addition to getting away from the daily stress, we also had the opportunity to renew our relationship as a couple. We feel very happy, we are already at home, but happy. See you soon my dear friends and family in general.
