success is not easy, but it is very much easy,if we set great goal in life. our journey to success start from early age of school. when we enter to school for learning, for writing ,for reading that is our first step to achieve the goals of life. from beginning class to higher level education every step bring us to near the success. there are many life phase that we achieved ,
it is long journey that we spend in life. when i stared my education , there was many goals in my life. my goals was to become army officer, i wanted to join the Pakistan army but i was not selected reason was my height was little bit low. but after rejection from army, i kept my education to higher level, and i made goal that i will become teacher,
because teaching was my passion and i think that there is teaching profession that give you respect in society and it is one of the holy profession. we can build new generation to right path through teaching.i feel that teaching is not just to teach , how to read and write .
teaching is the profession of prophets and it is the holy profession so i thought i will teach my nations and i will guide them to right path. so i am feel very much proud feel that i am doing my job very much good. i have this time thousands my students in different field of life. i feel that if students is successful in practical life then its mean teacher is successful.
i am teaching in remote area of Punjab. so i feel proud feel that my all students are very much happy.
today i am going to share with you result day story. it was 31 June 2022 , when we announced the result of school.it was very much hot day and all students were very much happy because it was result day and students were going to promote next classes after the result. but it was very much hot day.
we decided that we will announce the result under the shadow of trees. but it was very much hot day. there was no fan and it was load shedding , there was no light . so it was very much difficult day. but we made decision that we will announce the result in open area, and all students gathered in open area of school.
i was also very much excited with students, students were asking to me that who is pass and fail but i said to them , just wait for result announcement then you would get to know , who is pass and fail.
when our staff teachers started announce the result, i stood in the center of the students and taking the picture of the all students.
when i was taking pictures of the students, i could feel that how much were all students happy after the announcements of the result. every students face was very much happy and smile of on their faces was the result that it is huge success for them.
every students were very much excited and happy , and were thinking that how could he celebrate his this success.
today again when i saw the faces of my students, i am feeling very much proud that i am part of the education sector and my profession is great. my assets is my students, if i want to see the success of my students then i have to teach them and guide them to right path that help them to success in life.
کامیابی آسان نہیں ہے، لیکن یہ بہت آسان ہے، اگر ہم زندگی میں عظیم مقصد مقرر کریں. کامیابی کا ہمارا سفر اسکول کی ابتدائی عمر سے شروع ہوتا ہے۔ جب ہم سیکھنے، لکھنے، پڑھنے کے لیے اسکول میں داخل ہوتے ہیں تو یہ زندگی کے مقاصد کے حصول کے لیے ہمارا پہلا قدم ہے۔ ابتدائی کلاس سے لے کر اعلیٰ سطح کی تعلیم تک ہر قدم ہمیں کامیابی کے قریب پہنچاتا ہے۔ زندگی کے کئی مرحلے ہیں جو ہم نے حاصل کیے،
یہ طویل سفر ہے جو ہم زندگی میں گزارتے ہیں۔ جب میں نے اپنی تعلیم کو دیکھا تو میری زندگی میں بہت سے مقاصد تھے۔ میرا مقصد آرمی آفیسر بننا تھا، میں پاک فوج میں بھرتی ہونا چاہتا تھا لیکن میرا قد تھوڑا کم ہونے کی وجہ سے مجھے منتخب نہیں کیا گیا۔ لیکن فوج سے انکار کے بعد
میں نے اپنی تعلیم کو اعلیٰ سطح پر رکھا، اور میں نے یہ ہدف بنایا کہ میں استاد بنوں گا، کیونکہ پڑھانا میرا جنون تھا اور میں سمجھتا ہوں کہ تدریسی پیشہ ہے جو آپ کو معاشرے میں عزت دیتا ہے اور یہ مقدس پیشے میں سے ایک ہے۔ ہم تدریس کے ذریعے نئی نسل کو صحیح راستے پر گامزن کر سکتے ہیں۔ میں سمجھتا ہوں کہ پڑھانا صرف پڑھانا نہیں پڑھنا لکھنا ہے۔
تدریس انبیاء کا پیشہ ہے اور یہ مقدس پیشہ ہے اس لیے میں نے سوچا کہ میں اپنی قوموں کو تعلیم دوں گا اور انہیں راہ راست پر لاؤں گا۔ اس لیے میں بہت زیادہ فخر محسوس کر رہا ہوں کہ میں اپنا کام بہت اچھا کر رہا ہوں۔ میرے پاس اس وقت ہزاروں طلباء زندگی کے مختلف شعبوں میں ہیں۔ مجھے لگتا ہے کہ اگر طالب علم عملی زندگی میں کامیاب ہے تو اس کا مطلب استاد کامیاب ہے۔
میں پنجاب کے دور دراز علاقے میں پڑھاتا ہوں۔ اس لیے مجھے فخر محسوس ہوتا ہے کہ میرے تمام طلبہ بہت خوش ہیں۔
آج میں آپ کے ساتھ نتیجہ کے دن کی کہانی شیئر کرنے جا رہا ہوں۔ یہ 31 جون 2022 تھا، جب ہم نے اسکول کے نتائج کا اعلان کیا، وہ بہت گرم دن تھا اور تمام طلباء بہت خوش تھے کیونکہ یہ نتیجہ کا دن تھا اور طلباء نتائج کے بعد اگلی کلاسوں کو پروموٹ کرنے جا رہے تھے۔ لیکن یہ بہت گرم دن تھا۔ ہم نے فیصلہ کیا کہ ہم درختوں کے سائے میں نتیجہ کا اعلان کریں گے۔ لیکن یہ بہت گرم دن تھا۔ پنکھا نہیں تھا اور لوڈ شیڈنگ تھی، لائٹ نہیں تھی۔ تو یہ بہت مشکل دن تھا۔ لیکن ہم نے فیصلہ کیا کہ ہم کھلے میدان میں نتیجہ کا اعلان کریں گے، اور تمام طلباء سکول کے کھلے میدان میں جمع ہوئے۔
میں بھی طلبہ کے ساتھ بہت پرجوش تھا، طلبہ مجھ سے پوچھ رہے تھے کہ کون پاس ہے اور کون فیل ہے لیکن میں نے ان سے کہا کہ بس رزلٹ کے اعلان کا انتظار کریں پھر آپ کو پتہ چل جائے گا کہ کون پاس ہے اور کون فیل۔
جب ہمارے اسٹاف اساتذہ نے نتیجہ کا اعلان کرنا شروع کیا تو میں طلبہ کے بیچ میں کھڑا ہو گیا اور تمام طلبہ کی تصویر کھینچتا رہا۔
جب میں طلباء کی تصویریں لے رہا تھا تو میں محسوس کر سکتا تھا کہ نتائج کے اعلان کے بعد تمام طلباء کتنے خوش تھے۔ ہر طالب علم کے چہرے پر بہت خوشی تھی اور ان کے چہروں پر مسکراہٹ کا نتیجہ تھا کہ یہ ان کے لیے بہت بڑی کامیابی ہے۔
ہر طالب علم بہت پرجوش اور خوش تھا، اور سوچ رہا تھا کہ وہ اپنی اس کامیابی کا جشن کیسے منائے گا۔
آج پھر جب میں نے اپنے طلباء کے چہرے دیکھے تو مجھے بہت فخر محسوس ہوا کہ میں تعلیمی شعبے کا حصہ ہوں اور میرا پیشہ بہت اچھا ہے۔ میرے اثاثے میرے طلباء ہیں، اگر میں اپنے طلباء کی کامیابی دیکھنا چاہتا ہوں تو مجھے انہیں سکھانا ہوگا اور انہیں صحیح راستے کی طرف رہنمائی کرنا ہوگی جو ان کی زندگی میں کامیابی کے لیے مددگار ہو۔
Happiest face of my students
but here i forgot to inform you that we all teachers decided that it was hot day so we would just announce the result and would give small model to students but we will again announce the result after fews day , when day will be not very much hot. we will arrange great party for all the students ,
it was 31 june 2022 and after the result day , there will be summer vocations for 75 dasy, and school will reopen on 15 august again , then we will arrange great party for all students and we will distribute prize and gift among the successful students on that day. we started the result announce ceremony with the recitation of the holy Quran. our all teachers distributed the models and successful certificate among the students. after the end of the result announcement ,all students were very much happy and i can feel their joy, when i was student ,
i know , result day and promotion to next classes was one of the happiest and successful day of life. when i used to come back to home after result , my mother used to wait for my return from school , and when i used to arrive home , my mother gave me great hug on my success, i could feel that feeling of joy on my success in my mother eyes.
so i think, every students when will return to home, their parent will give them huge love, on their success.
it is not only success of the students ,it is the success of the every teacher, parents and society if we guide our new generation to right path.

لیکن یہاں میں آپ کو بتانا بھول گیا کہ ہم تمام اساتذہ نے فیصلہ کیا کہ یہ گرمی کا دن ہے اس لیے ہم صرف دوبارہ امتحان کا اعلان کریں گے اور طلبہ کو چھوٹے ماڈل دیں گے لیکن ہم چند دن بعد دوبارہ نتیجہ کا اعلان کریں گے، جب دن زیادہ گرم نہیں ہوگا۔ . ہم تمام طلبہ کے لیے زبردست پارٹی کا اہتمام کریں گے، یہ 31 جون 2022 تھا اور رزلٹ کے دن کے بعد، 75 دسمبر کو گرمیوں کی چھٹیاں ہوں گی، اور اسکول دوبارہ 15 اگست کو کھلے گا، پھر ہم تمام طلبہ کے لیے زبردست پارٹی کا اہتمام کریں گے اور ہم اس دن کامیاب طلباء میں انعامات اور تحائف تقسیم کریں گے۔ ہم نے تلاوت کلام پاک کے ساتھ نتائج کے اعلان کی تقریب کا آغاز کیا۔ ہمارے تمام اساتذہ نے طلباء میں ماڈلز اور کامیاب سرٹیفکیٹ تقسیم کئے۔ نتائج کے اعلان کے اختتام کے بعد، تمام طلباء بہت خوش تھے اور میں ان کی خوشی کو محسوس کر سکتا ہوں، جب میں طالب علم تھا، میں جانتا ہوں، نتیجہ کا دن اور اگلی کلاسوں میں پروموشن زندگی کا سب سے خوشگوار اور کامیاب دن تھا۔ جب میں رزلٹ کے بعد گھر واپس آتا تھا تو میری والدہ میرے اسکول سے واپسی کا انتظار کرتی تھیں اور جب میں گھر پہنچتا تھا تو میری کامیابی پر میری والدہ نے مجھے بہت گلے لگایا تھا، میں اپنی کامیابی پر خوشی کا احساس محسوس کر سکتا تھا۔ میری ماں کی آنکھوں میں
تو میرا خیال ہے کہ ہر طالب علم کب گھر واپس آئے گا، ان کے والدین انہیں ان کی کامیابی پر بے پناہ پیار دیں گے۔
یہ صرف طلباء کی کامیابی نہیں ہے، یہ ہر استاد، والدین اور معاشرے کی کامیابی ہے اگر ہم اپنی نئی نسل کو صحیح راستے پر چلائیں۔
لہذا میں آپ کے ساتھ اس خوبصورت دن کی کہانی کا اشتراک کرتے ہوئے بہت خوش ہوں۔ امید ہے کہ آپ سب اس سے لطف اندوز ہوں گے۔ میرا یہ مضمون پڑھنے کے لیے آپ کا بہت شکریہ۔
