Sebastien es un joven bastan disciplinado en su entrenamiento. También es un chico bastante noble en su temperamento, así que hace a todos nos cae bastante bien. Además de eso, es la única persona en el parque que de vez en cuando se digna a poner un poco de rock. Así que es un chico al que le tengo bastante cariño.
Ayer por pura casualidad le pregunté si quería entrenar conmigo y accedió. Hicimos una rutina de tracción que les dejo a continuación:

Durante la jornada de entrenamiento, hicimos una de esas fotos posando, en las que yo no destaco mucho, porque no me gusta. Me siento un tanto ridículo haciéndolas, pero… creo que pronto las vamos a estar haciendo más seguido, para variar nuestro contenido. Aunque, repito, igual me siento muy tonto cuando las hago.
Al llegar a mi casa, justo cruzando la puerta, cayó un torrente de agua del cielo. Que no me esperaba. Fue tanta agua, que le tome una foto. Por poco y me mojo.

Sebastien is a very disciplined young man in his training. He's also a pretty noble guy in his temperament, so he makes everyone like him quite a bit. On top of that, he's the only person in the park who occasionally deigns to rock out a little. So he's a guy I'm quite fond of.
Yesterday by pure chance I asked him if he wanted to work out with me and he agreed. We did a traction routine which I'll leave you with below:

During the training day, we took one of those posing pictures, in which I don't stand out much, because I don't like it. I feel a bit ridiculous doing them, but... I think we will soon be doing them more often, to vary our content. Although, I repeat, I still feel very silly when I do them.
When I arrived at my house, just crossing the door, a torrent of water fell from the sky. I wasn't expecting it. It was so much water that I took a picture of it. I almost got wet.
