Además, para complementar la rutina decidí realizar algunos hefestos con liga para calentar bien los hombros. La verdad no me quise exigir mucho, ya que he tenido un poco de dolores en el hombro, pero está disminuyendo poco a poco.

Hello #HC community. This is my second post within this community, and today I come to bring you the routine I performed for push ups.

In addition, to complement the routine I decided to do some hefts with a rubber band to warm up my shoulders. I really didn't want to push myself too hard, as I've been having a little pain in my shoulder, but it's slowly decreasing.
