The churches of Asia greet you. Aquila and Priscilla, with the church that is in their house, greet you very much in the Lord. 1
Corinthians 16:19 King James Version (RVR1960)

It is notorious that in the greeting that the apostle Paul sends to the brothers of the Corinthian church, the special greeting of the brothers who met at Aquila and Priscilla's house stands out.
The establishment of the domestic church was a product of the fact that in the days of the first Christians after the death and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ, there was no local church where the brothers could congregate, but they met in private homes and established the "Family altars". In those days there was much persecution towards the Christian people, both the Roman Empire and the Orthodox Jews, brutally persecuting the Lord's church, and this forced the brothers to congregate in private houses.
Aquilas and Priscila had a church in their house, there they made "family altars". They dedicated special time to pray, sing spiritual hymns, and reflect on the word of God. This model has been copied throughout the centuries by the Christian church of all times.

In the past there was terrible persecution, and this forced the establishment of the "Church at home". Currently with the contagious outbreak of "Covid-19", the Lord's church, responding to the call of the central governments of each nation, has abandoned the worship of God in local churches, to establish the "domestic church". The "family altars" are alternative responses to the humanitarian crisis that the entire world is experiencing. The HeartChurch International Ministry has deepened the empowerment for a community and has promoted the “HearHouse” project so that all its active members motivate ourselves to remain in unity and harmony with the community where we live, in order to strengthen ties. spiritual, moral and solidarity with people and motivate them to participate in the "Family Altars" as an alternative to give the first place to God in all needs and put him as the center of our lives.
In response to the purpose of what is pursued in the International Ministry of HeartChurch, I have been able to organize some activities related to "Family Altars" and participate with some brothers from the HeartChurch community with the intention of inviting friends from the community. and be part of the "Church at home" to worship and praise our God together.
It is quite a demanding task, because many people wonder where God is in the midst of the emergency pandemic, they try to blame God for what is happening. In the "Family Altars" this problem is addressed and people are made to see that, although they are distant from God and tied to their sins, they will not be able to see the hand of God at work in their lives, they have to repent and seek Him. of heart.
On family altars there are many important themes that can be shared with neighbors and friends, in addition to sharing a small snack or meal with them.
If we develop a true sense of belonging with the HeartChurch community and leave aside the mercantile benefit that we can obtain in the simple fact of a publication and highlight the work carried out in the communities, surely our greatest treasure would be accumulating in the kingdom of the heavens and we would win important souls so that the joy of the Lord abound both in heaven and on earth.
