Luke 22:20 New International Version (NIV)
20 In the same way, after the supper he took the cup, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in my blood, which is poured out for you.

I perceive in this verse a message to me because I stopped reading it and started again twice.

Dad, I understand that you remind me of your blood covenant, showing me how Jesus told his disciples, "This cup is the new covenant."

I understand that this reminder is framed in the context of what I should teach because in the passage Jesus spoke as a Master.

I discern all this that my role as Evangelist and Disciple must be Christ-central and also focused on the new covenant established by his sacrifice on the cross.
