Hoy paso por acá para mostrarles nuevas mejoras que la junta de condominio recién reelecta de mi urbanización continúa ejecutando para beneficio de todos los que allí habitamos.

En esta oportunidad se mejoró el área de la plaza del parque colocándole unas sombrillas y acondicionando los ambientes para que sea agradable a todos los usuarios, especialmente a los niños.

Otra nueva adquisición fue la sustitución de las barreras por unas mas modernas y que van a permitir abrir los péndulos de la entrada solo con el botón del control remoto. Anteriormente se usaban unas tarjetas que se presentaban ante el lector óptico de la entrada para accionar el basculante. Yo todavía sigo usando ese sistema pero las personas que lo deseen pueden pagar por el nuevo control para abrirlo sin necesidad de tarjeta.

Se le hizo mantenimiento con pintura a los cajones de los transformadores, cajas de medidores, parque infantil. También se le colocaron sombrillas a las mesas de la piscina para hacer más cómoda la estadía de las personas en dicha área.

En el área de recreación de los niños se dispuso una zona para la proyección de películas y videos musicales, para mejorar el ambiente, sobretodo cuando se hagan fiestas infantiles en el área de piscina.

En resumen, la junta de condominio quiere recuperar la urbanización tal como estaba cuando fue inaugurada y un poco mas allá, invirtiendo en obras necesarias para mantenerla al día y haciendo de ella un lugar más actualizado y ambientado de la mejor manera para el disfrute de sus habitantes.

Work continues to improve my urbanization

Today I stop by to show you new improvements that the recently re-elected condominium board of my urbanization continues to execute for the benefit of all of us who live there.

In this opportunity the area of the park square was improved by placing some umbrellas and conditioning the environment to make it pleasant for all users, especially children.

Another new acquisition was the replacement of the barriers with more modern ones that will allow opening the pendulums at the entrance only with the remote control button. Previously, cards were used that were presented to the optical reader at the entrance to operate the swinging gate. I am still using this system, but people who wish can pay for the new control to open it without the need for a card.

The transformer boxes, meter boxes and playground were maintained with paint. We also placed umbrellas on the pool tables to make it more comfortable for people to stay in that area.

In the children's recreation area, an area was set up for the projection of movies and music videos, to improve the atmosphere, especially when children's parties are held in the pool area.

In summary, the condominium board wants to recover the urbanization as it was when it was inaugurated and a little beyond, investing in necessary works to keep it up to date and making it a more updated place and set in the best way for the enjoyment of its inhabitants.
