Hola amigos de @hive y en especial a la comunidad de @home.solutions , espero que se encuentren bien al igual que sus familiares y amigos, hace algunos días no pasaba por acá, pero de seguro me tendrán más a menudo, pues estoy haciendo algunos arreglos en casa en cuanto a decoración de espacios y nuevas adquisiciones que he ido teniendo así que de seguro les iré mostrando por acá. Lo primero que hice fue que adquirí una cama para mi cuarto, así que les cuento.
Resulta que en mi cuarto lo que tenía por cama era algo que le llamamos por acá por Cuba buesprín, es un artefacto de madera que se usa para poner el colchón, pero en este caso ya estaba en mal estado, pues se le habían aflojado las patas, así que se me dio la oportunidad de hacerme de una cama buena de hierro y no lo pensé, pues para como están los precios por esta zona del caribe me pareció en buen precio con colchón y todo, la verdad que era una cama de uso, pero con unos retoques quedaba como nueva.
La tuve que traer desarmada del lugar donde la compré, así que tuve que llegar a casa a armarla otra vez. Lo primero que hice fue tomar energía, pues era una tarea que necesitaba fuerza, y después de reposar un poco, pues puse manos a la obra. Busqué las herramientas que iba a necesitar, que en este caso utilizaría una pinza y una llave de extensión o ajustable como se le dice, pues no tenía la llave que necesitaba para poder ajustar los tornillos, por lo que requeriría más fuerza aún, pero como dice el dicho, dónde hay mujeres no hay fantasmas, así que sin pensarlo más comencé.
Lo primero que hice fue colocar cada tornillo dónde iba, y apretarlos poco a poco y a la vez, pero sin sellarlos totalmente para que ella sola fuera cogiendo el encuadre y los tornillos quedaran bien puestos y sin movimientos, para evitar que la cama después de armada quedara floja. Poco a poco y con algo de esfuerzo logré apretar todos los tornillos gracias a mis útiles instrumentos y me quedó la cama superfuerte, la verdad no esperaba que me quedara así, pues las mujeres no tenemos mucha fuerza, pero es lo que hay ja, ja, ja.
Después de que me quedara bien fuerte la armazón de hierro, la coloqué en el lugar que iba para que no me pesara tanto y más tarde le coloque el fondo o lo que sujeta el colchón, que era igual de madera, y encima le coloque el colchón, había quedado muy cómoda, confortable y fuerte que es lo más importante, enseguida la limpié un poco y la vestí, solo me quedaba cuando cogiera un poquito más de dinerito de nuevo pintarla un poco para mejorar su aspecto, lea cuento que eso también ya sucedió, pero ya eso es para otra aventura.
Los beneficios de este tipo de camas es que no se pican, al menos no por bichitos de comején, así que duran un montón. Yo la verdad estoy muy satisfecha con esta adquisición, más adelante les muestro como quedó después de pintada. Por hoy ya me despido, solo quería mostrarles que las mujeres podemos hacer de todo, solo hay que tener deseos, ganas y fuerza de voluntad. It turns out that in my room what I had for a bed was something that we call here in Cuba buesprín, it is a wooden device that is used to put the mattress, but in this case it was already in bad condition, because the legs had loosened, so I was given the opportunity to get a good iron bed and I did not think about it, because for how prices are in this area of the Caribbean I found a good price with mattress and all, the truth was a bed of use, but with a few touches it was like new.
I had to bring it disassembled from the place where I bought it, so I had to get home to assemble it again. The first thing I did was to take energy, because it was a task that needed strength, and after resting a little, I got down to work. I looked for the tools I was going to need, which in this case I would use a pliers and an extension wrench or adjustable as it is called, because I did not have the wrench I needed to be able to adjust the screws, so it would require even more strength, but as the saying goes, where there are women there are no ghosts, so without thinking about it I started.
The first thing I did was to place each screw where it was going, and tighten them little by little and at the same time, but without sealing them completely so that she alone was taking the frame and the screws were well placed and without movements, to avoid that the bed after assembled would be loose. Little by little and with some effort I managed to tighten all the screws thanks to my useful instruments and the bed was super strong, the truth is that I did not expect it to be like this, because women do not have much strength, but it is what it is ha, ha, ha, ha.
After the iron frame was very strong, I placed it in the place where it was going so it would not weigh me so much and later I placed the bottom or what holds the mattress, which was made of wood, and on top I placed the mattress, it was very comfortable, comfortable and strong which is the most important thing, then I cleaned it a little and dressed it, I only had to paint it a little more when I had a little more money to improve its appearance, read that that also happened, but that's for another adventure.
The benefits of this type of beds is that they do not itch, at least not by termites, so they last a lot. I am very satisfied with this acquisition, later I will show you how it looks like after painting. I just wanted to show you that women can do anything, you just have to have desire, desire and willpower.
