Conexión En Casa... 2 Pájaros de un disparo. Saludos mis queridos amigos hogareños; hace un tiempo, por la imperiosa necesidad que teníamos en casa de una buena conexión a internet; tuvimos que recurrir a una empresa que tenemos en Cumaná estado Sucre Venezuela, llamada Intercable. Ustedes saben que estamos en el mundo de la creación de contenido; además, tenemos a nuestros hijos que estudian y también necesitan estar conectados para realizar cualquier actividad escolar; por ende contratamos el referido servicio, el cual recibimos acompañado de un router para que todos estuviéramos bien conectados.

El asunto es; que en casa somos una familia relativamente grande y este router resultaba un poco limitado; su rango de acción era hasta los 300mbps y su señal debía dar vueltas para llegar a su destino; es decir, no atravesaba paredes; y aunque también contaba con tecnología ipv6, su velocidad era un poco lenta; esta tecnología ipv6, de acuerdo a los técnicos; hace que la transmisión sea un poco más rápida. Bueno; todo esto inspiró la compra de un nuevo router, que permitiera una conexión más amplia entre los integrantes de nuestro hogar; ciertamente, la adquisición de este equipo ha representado una excelente solución en lo que ha conexión de internet se refiere.

The thing is; at home we are a relatively large family and this router was a little limited; its range of action was up to 300mbps and its signal had to go around to reach its destination; that is, it did not go through walls; and although it also had ipv6 technology, its speed was a little slow; this ipv6 technology, according to the technicians; makes the transmission a little faster. Well; all this inspired the purchase of a new router, which would allow a wider connection between the members of our home; certainly, the acquisition of this equipment has represented an excellent solution as far as internet connection is concerned.

El nuevo equipo que hemos adquirido en casa, es un router marca Tenda que también cuenta con tecnología ipv6; además de permitir velocidades de conexión de 300 mbps y 1200 mbps; es decir, podemos subir y bajar datos con mayor facilidad. Es un dispositivo que cuenta con conexión dual, trabajando a 2.4 y 5 GHz; por otra parte, para tener mayor seguridad en nuestro dispositivo; podemos descargar desde la play store la aplicación Tenda, la cual permite controlar las contraseñas y verificar que dispositivos están conectados a nuestra señal de internet; el que no esté autorizado lo podemos colocar en lista negra, estás bloqueado por roba señal, jejeje.

Ya hemos presentado la caja del dispositivo; ahora vamos a ver que tiene en su contenido. Al destapar, vemos que nos trae, lógicamente el router color negro; también tenemos el cable de red, el manual de usuario para conocer todas sus funciones y el transformador de energía, el cual debemos conectar al equipo para suministrarle electricidad.

Por acá podemos observar el cable de red con conectores rj45; no confundir con el de teléfonos de casa que es rj11 más pequeños. También tenemos el transformador que trabaja a 12v; presentando en un extremo la unidad que se conecta al tomacorriente; y en el otro extremo, tenemos el conector hembra que va en el router. El router cuenta con 5 antenas y en su parte frontal, el cual tiene un indicador LED que debe estar de color verde para determinar que la conexión a internet es positiva.

En la parte posterior, podemos verificar que el router tiene el puerto de alimentación de poder, allí conectamos la punta del transformador. Al lado de este puerto encontramos el botón de reseteo, esto permite reiniciar el dispositivo; avanzamos y encontramos el puerto wan, que es donde debemos conectar un extremo del cable de red rj45; el otro extremo se conecta en el modem. Para finalizar; observamos tres puertos rj45 adicionales, que permiten contactar vía cable de red otros tres dispositivos. Este router es un belleza y es muy poderoso, su señal atraviesa paredes.

Bueno amigos; por aquí tenemos el router Tenda y vamos a conectar todos sus elementos; una vez hecho esto, ustedes pueden observar que el indicador led está encendido y de color verde; esto indica que la conexión a internet es positiva. Ahora; ustedes se preguntarán, ¿Que será del router viejo?; bueno, por eso digo que se han matado dos pájaros de un disparo, porque el router marca tp-link se lo he regalado a mis padres; quienes no contaban con sistema wifi en su hogar y ahora están contentos, porque ya pueden disfrutar del servicio de internet como es debido.

Para ellos que son dos personas, este router funciona de maravilla; así que fui a su casa y se los instalé; hasta el momento está funcionando muy bien, ellos me dicen que la conexión es fluida y navegan de forma excelente. Así que amigos; hemos matado dos pájaros de un solo tiro y en ambos hogares estamos disfrutando de una excelente conexión wifi. Saludos y nos vemos pronto con más soluciones para nuestro hogar.
