Saludos amigos de esta linda comunidad, donde además de ver lo bella que van poniendo sus casas o ponemos porque también me incluyo o cualquier espacio dentro de la casa.
El año pasado compartí con ustedes el cambio de ventanas de mi casa, aun feliz por eso, después de casi 20 años en mi casita, pero se acabo el dinero, así que este año, me toco reunir entre lo que es mi trabajo y las recompensas aquí en Hive.
Aunque sigo pendiente con lo de techo la impermeabilización, pero eso es un digamos proyecto largo y costoso, por lo que decidí fue entonces montar mi aire que ya lo tenia comprado desde diciembre, el cual no requería de tantos materiales, pero si se tuvo que hacer unas modificaciones.
Cuando los albañiles que son hermanos, tiene como especie de una empresa pequeña porque hacen varias cosas dentro del ramo de la albañilería como otras como: herrería, soldadura, pintura, etc. Vinieron a casa, les dije lo que quería que hicieran, luego ellos sacaron la lista de materiales que usaría y el presupuesto de mano de obra.
Cuando me llego un dinero faltante me fui a donde venden los materiales de construcción, compre la mayor parte en uno y en otro lugar lo demás, cuando quiero hacer o mandar hacer algo me gusta comprar todo y tenerlo todo, para asi no atrasar el trabajo por falta de alguno de los materiales.
Ya con todos los materiales cuadramos la fecha para cuando el cual debía ser un fin de semana, desde el viernes 20 de junio al domingo 23 de junio.
Viernes 20 de junio
Despegar la ventana, protector del viejo aire. El protector de mi viejo aire era mas pequeño, el nuevo aire mas grande, pero no era que mande hacer otro, el que se despego se mando a ensanchar ellos consiguieron por 4 $ un pedazo de perfil de puerta para el marco del protector y con unos retazos de cabilla que tenia en casa se haría lo mismo, aquí recicle y ahorre algo. Porque el viejo aire era de 12000 BTU y el nuevo es 18000 BTU.
La ventana se quita y se corta a la mitad, no me gustaría quitarla, un cuarto necesita una ventana y abrirla de vez en cuando da claridad en el día también, así tenga una cortina.
Pero antes el aire quedaba muy alto, algo que veía muy incomodo cuando venia el técnico para el mantenimiento del mismo, por eso quise ahora que estuviera mas bajo que sea mas cómodo de sacarlo y la ventana o la mini ventana quedaría arriba.
Así que hicieron todo esto, se llevaron el protector y la ventana para las modificaciones y regresaron en la tardecita, que fue de noche porque llovió y no pudieron venir lo bueno es que vivían cerca.
Luego de montar todo se fueron hasta el día siguiente.
Como dije son dos hermanos uno es mas que todo hace lo de albañilería y el otro lo de la electricidad.
Sábado 21 de junio.
Viendo las fallas de dia, me di cuenta que la ventana bajo algo quedando de lado, cuando llegaron los albañiles le dije, vieron y empezaron por ahí a enderezar eso, creo que cuando mandamos a hacer algo en casa, debemos estar pendiente de lo que hacen para que así acomoden por si algo queda mal, y de día se ve todo mejor.
Ahora si cuando acomodaron lo de la ventana, que quedo derechita, aseguraron el protector con algo hasta que secara bien, el albañil empezó a batir la mezcla para el friso de paredes por dentro y por fuera.
Y el otro estaba ya preparando lo de la electricidad que la misma iría por dentro, por las tuberías, viendo los puntos como llaman ellos, de donde iría el brequer, el toma corriente, preparar el cable para que todo quede bien y no se vieran los cables, es decir algo con estética. Todo esto mientras se esperaba que el protector y la ventana secaran bien para poder montar el aire y lo del cableado estuviera listo.
Ya en la tarde de este día, montaron el aire, se instalaron los puntos, pero hubo algo con que no contaba ni esperaba, que el aire no trajo enchufe, como el de los otros, así que debía comprar uno, pero ya era tarde, la ferretería estaba cerrada, quedo para el día siguiente.
Domingo 22 de junio.
Después del desayuno fui a la ferretería, que menos mal tenemos una cerca, Carlos el dueño le pregunte por WhatsApp por el producto costo 200
Ya casi casi, ya lo de hoy fue como mas poco el trabajo, recogieron y botaron los escombros, es decir un trabajo limpio, soltaron el alambre que sostenía el protector del aire ya estaba totalmente seco.
Yusber el electricista, coloco el enchufe al aire para luego conectar al protector del voltaje que ayuda a proteger el equipo de los constantes apagones, bajones, que sufrimos mucho en mi ciudad.
Ahora si a dormir muy rico y que me dure muchos años, estar pendiente cada 6 meses su mantenimiento.
Ahora faltan las cortinas tengo las telas he cortado unas lo que me hace falta es una maquina de coser.
Y tambien organizar el patio pero ya sera para otra publicacion.

Here I recycled and saved some money. Because the old air conditioner was 12,000 BTU and the new one is 18,000 BTU.
The window is removed and cut in half. I wouldn't like to remove it; a room needs a window, and opening it from time to time also provides light during the day, even if it has a curtain.
But before, the air vent was too high, which I found very inconvenient when the technician came to maintain it, so I wanted it to be lower now to make it easier to remove, and the window or mini window would remain at the top.
So they did all this, took the protector and the window for the modifications, and came back in the evening, which was at night because it rained and they couldn't come. The good thing is that they lived nearby.

Now, when they fixed the window, which was now straight, they secured the protector with something until it dried well, and the mason began to mix the mixture for the wall frieze inside and outside.

After breakfast, I went to the hardware store, which luckily is nearby. I asked Carlos, the owner, via WhatsApp about the product, which cost $200.
