Hola, un cordial saludo a todos mis amigos de las comunidades de #liketu, #hive y un saludo muy especial para todos mis amigos y compañeros de la comunidad #swc! Es un honor poder dirigirme a ustedes en este momento. Mi nombre es Alejo (@alejo-sw), soy atleta de calistenia y hoy quiero compartir con todos ustedes cómo fue mi día, especialmente mi jornada de entrenamiento.
El día de hoy tocaba reforzar mis entrenamientos de plancha. Aunque fue un día un poco lluvioso, tomé mis preparativos y me dirigí al parque para entrenar.
Antes de comenzar con el entrenamiento principal, dediqué unos minutos a calentar y estirar todas mis articulaciones. También practiqué un poco el pino, pero como no me sentía del todo fuerte, preferí evaluar mi nivel actual y escuchar a mi cuerpo para no forzarlo innecesariamente.
Para iniciar, decidí realizar flexiones de 90 grados. Aproveché la fuerza inicial para mantener un buen rango de movimiento, ejecutando cada repetición de manera estricta y controlada. Este ejercicio me permitió trabajar la fuerza de empuje de manera eficiente, buscando siempre la máxima activación muscular.
Después de completar las flexiones de 90 grados, continué con flexiones en pino. Al principio, noté cierta fatiga residual por el ejercicio anterior, pero poco a poco logré recuperar el ritmo. Realicé varias series hasta el fallo muscular, asegurándome de mantener la técnica correcta en cada una de ellas.
A continuación, incorporé un ejercicio de tensión estática: los aguantes de tuck avanzado. Debido a la fatiga acumulada en los hombros por los ejercicios previos, el rango de movimiento se vio algo limitado. Sin embargo, pude mantener la posición durante algunos segundos, trabajando en la resistencia y control corporal.
Tras completar los aguantes de tuck avanzado, bajé la intensidad con el tuck normal. En esta variante, logré una mejor postura y mayor estabilidad, lo que me permitió prolongar los aguantes y llevarlos al fallo con una ejecución más limpia.
Para finalizar el entrenamiento, opté por la lean planche. Realicé tanto aguantes estáticos como flexiones dinámicas, combinando diferentes ángulos de trabajo. Además, incluí algunas series de lean planche en maltese para diversificar el estímulo muscular y cerrar la sesión con una sensación de esfuerzo completo.
Hoy no fue un día de máxima intensidad. Me sentía un poco pesado y con el cuerpo algo adormilado, pero decidí adaptar la rutina a mis sensaciones físicas. Hay días así, y lo importante fue escuchar a mi cuerpo sin dejar de entrenar. Agradezco que hayas leído este resumen y espero compartir más avances en el próximo post.

Today was the day to reinforce my plank workouts. Although it was a somewhat rainy day, I gathered my preparations and headed to the park to train.
Before starting the main workout, I spent a few minutes warming up and stretching all my joints. I also did a little handstand practice, but since I wasn't feeling completely strong, I preferred to assess my current level and listen to my body so as not to overexert it unnecessarily.
To start, I decided to do 90-degree push-ups. I took advantage of my initial strength to maintain a good range of motion, executing each repetition in a strict and controlled manner. This exercise allowed me to work on pushing strength efficiently, always seeking maximum muscle activation.
After completing the 90-degree push-ups, I continued with handstand push-ups. At first, I noticed some residual fatigue from the previous exercise, but little by little I managed to get back into the swing of things. I performed several sets to muscle failure, making sure to maintain proper technique with each one.
Next, I incorporated a static tension exercise: the advanced tuck hold. Due to the fatigue accumulated in my shoulders from the previous exercises, my range of motion was somewhat limited. However, I was able to hold the position for a few seconds, working on endurance and body control.
After completing the advanced tuck hold, I lowered the intensity with the regular tuck. In this variation, I achieved better posture and greater stability, allowing me to extend the holds and take them to failure with a cleaner execution.
To finish the workout, I opted for the lean planche. I performed both static holds and dynamic push-ups, combining different working angles. I also included a few sets of Maltese lean planches to diversify the muscle stimulation and close the session with a feeling of complete effort.
Today wasn't a day of maximum intensity. I felt a little heavy and my body was a bit sleepy, but I decided to adapt the routine to my physical sensations. There are days like that, and the important thing was to listen to my body while continuing to train.
