Bueno bueno, mis camaradas de #SWC el día de hoy les traigo mi práctica del 360 ( debo admitir que mis manos quedaron el doble de ☠️☠️ ), aparte que también estaba combinando el 180 con dragón.
Este día lo ví gratificante y arduo, pero por un precio a pagar, se verán los logros al final!, siguiendo con los intentos en la barra, pude ir agarrando la vuelta pero nunca pude llegar a tocar :(.
Por lo general como ya saben yo soy más de estáticos y de ejercicios de resistencia, pero haciendo el cambio y probando de todo en este arte llamado calistenia.
Se puede llegar a hacer cosas increíbles 💥, pero en fin, quería traerles estás buenas fotos 🫴🏻♨️, y que aprecien como voy cambiando de rutina poco a poco.
Excelente día y con altas espectativas, los días se pasan volando y tenemos que probar de todo un poco nuevo, para poder avanzar en este deporte de alta exigencia! Y desempeño personal.

Well well, my #SWC comrades, today I bring you my 360 practice (I must admit that my hands were twice as ☠️☠️), apart from that I was also combining the 180 with a dragon.
I found this day rewarding and arduous, but for a price to pay, the achievements will be seen in the end! Continuing with the attempts on the bar, I was able to catch the lap but I was never able to touch it :(.
In general, as you know, I am more into static and resistance exercises, but making changes and trying everything in this art called calisthenics.
You can do incredible things 💥, but anyway, I wanted to bring you these good photos 🫴🏻♨️, and for you to appreciate how I'm changing my routine little by little.
Excellent day and with high expectations, the days fly by and we have to try a little new everything, to be able to advance in this highly demanding sport! And personal performance.
