Estaremos realizando 5 ejercicios que la verdad son muy buenos para trabajar más enfocada nuestras zonas débiles del front lever, y así poder incrementar nuestra fuerza y resistencia en este ejercicio isometrico. También les ayudará a ganar más muscular en la espalda y otos músculos más que intervienen en el front lever.🔥🍃📈

We will be performing 5 exercises that are really good to work more focused on our weak areas of the front lever, and thus be able to increase our strength and endurance in this isometric exercise. It will also help you to gain more muscle in the back and other muscles involved in the front lever.🔥🍃📈
