Hello to all #HIVE colleagues and members of SWC, welcome to a new post, I'm Milano Alfinger @ashura-sw , on this occasion I bring you what my progression has been in recent months with the straddle planch, I have started my journey with the plank since my training partner arrived in Maracay @alvisorozco, the training has not been easy at all but we have lasted until now as it should be.
