¿Por qué entreno?

🔥¡Un placer estar aquí de nuevo #SWC! En este post me gustaría compartirles algunas fotografías épicas de mi front lever con algunas variantes y hablarles un poco de los motivos que me mantienen entrenando incluso en los días malos. Todos tenemos logros y metas, pero a veces parecen distantes, y todos nos cuestionamos lo que hacemos en algún momento, sin embargo yo continúo gracias a 4 buenas razones:
Razón número 1: Beneficios psicológicos
😢El entrenamiento no solo me hace sentir más rápido y fuerte físicamente, sino que también mejora mi estado de ánimo, con el tiempo se ha convertido en mi terapia. Entrenar me ayuda a deshacerme del estrés, la ansiedad y la tristeza, y también despeja mi mente.
Razón número 2: Mis metas
💪Mi entrenamiento está basado en objetivos, y poco a poco he ido consiguiendo esos objetivos a través de la constancia, esos pequeños logros me motivan a continuar, incluso en los días en los que solo quiero dormir me digo a mí mismo "ese victorian no se va a conseguir solo". El esfuerzo es una constante y me he acostumbrado a esforzarme.
Razón número 3: Mis amigos
🧑🤝🧑Podrá parecer tonto, pero compartir con otras personas mientras entreno y disfrutar de su compañía me motiva muchas veces. En mi grupo Without Limits he conseguido cierto liderazgo gracias a mi constancia, y muchos se motivan con mi presencia, pero lo cierto es, que es una motivación mutua, porque compartimos risas y experiencia mientras hacemos algo que nos apasiona.
Razón número 4: Beneficios físicos
👄La gran mayoría de la gente entrena por razones estéticas, yo no entreno por eso, simplemente quiero dominar mi peso y tener más fuerza, pero el entrenamiento inevitablemente hace que te veas mejor y que seas físicamente más atractivo. Varias chicas se han mostrado interesadas en mi desde que los cambios físicos se hicieron notar, y eso me hace sentir seguro y firme.

🔥A pleasure to be here again #SWC! In this post I'd like to share with you some epic pictures of my front lever with some variations and tell you a little bit about the reasons that keep me training even on bad days. We all have accomplishments and goals, but sometimes they seem distant, and we all question what we do at some point, yet I keep going thanks to 4 good reasons:
Reason number 1: Psychological benefits
😢Training not only makes me feel faster and stronger physically, but it also improves my mood, over time it has become my therapy. Training helps me get rid of stress, anxiety and sadness, and also clears my mind.
Reason number 2: My goals
💪My training is based on goals, and little by little I have been achieving those goals through constancy, those small achievements motivate me to continue, even on the days when I just want to sleep I tell myself "that victorian is not going to get there by itself". The effort is a constant and I have become accustomed to make an effort.
Reason number 3: My friends
🧑🤝🧑It may seem silly, but sharing with other people while I train and enjoying their company motivates me many times. In my group Without Limits I have achieved a certain leadership thanks to my perseverance, and many are motivated by my presence, but the truth is, it is a mutual motivation, because we share laughter and experience while doing something we are passionate about.
Reason number 4: Physical benefits
👄The vast majority of people train for aesthetic reasons, I don't train for that, I simply want to master my weight and get stronger, but training inevitably makes you look better and be physically more attractive. Several girls have been interested in me since the physical changes became noticeable, and that makes me feel confident and assertive.
👆These are the reasons that keep me active in street workout rain, shine or lightning. What about you? Do you have different reasons to work out?
