Woodworking day; I make my own mini parallel bars.
Saludos queridos amigos de la comunidad SWC. En esta oportunidad compartiré con ustedes lo que fue la elaboración de unas mini barras paralelas.
Greetings dear friends of the community SWC. On this occasion I will share with you what it was like to make some mini parallel bars.
La elaboración de estas paralelas de madera fué el día miércoles 15 de noviembre por la mañana teniendo el deseo de poder utilizarlas en la tarde para un entrenamiento de plancha.
The preparation of these wooden parallel bars was on Wednesday, November 15, in the morning, with the desire to be able to use them in the afternoon for a plank workout.
Dentro de mí nació la iniciativa de elaborar está herramienta para mejorar en los entrenamientos y tener unas mini paralelas para uso personal y poder entrenar en mi casa y compartirlas en el parque.
The initiative was born within me to develop this tool to improve my training and have some mini parallels for personal use and to be able to train at home and share them in the park.
Se me hizo poco difícil comenzar ya que en mi hogar tenía todos los materiales necesarios para elaborar estas barras.
It was not difficult for me to get started since I had all the necessary materials in my home to make these bars.
Comencé marcando y cortando la madera que sería las bases y la barra, con respecto a las bases, primero corté una, la llevé a la anchura y altura que deseaba y luego tomé esa cómo guía para cortar las otras. Con la barra de madera, la medí del tamaño que deseaba y procedí a cortar las dos.
I started by marking and cutting the wood that would be the bases and the bar. Regarding the bases, I first cut one, took it to the width and height I wanted and then took that as a guide to cut the others. With the wooden bar, I measured it to the size I wanted and proceeded to cut them both.
Al tener toda la madera cortada procedí a colocarle clavos y medir para que las bases no quedarán desniveladas.
Once I had all the wood cut, I proceeded to place nails and measure so that the bases would not be uneven.
Con esto concluí mi día de carpintería y procedí en la tarde a usarlas en el parque, por acá la primera plancha en mis paralelas caseras.
With this I concluded my day of carpentry and proceeded in the afternoon to use them in the park, here the first iron in my homemade parallels.
