La rutina consiste en realizar 5 ejercicios básicos, que me ayuden a nivelarme antes de realizar una rutina de mayor nivel.

10 Pull ups
20 Dips

30 Squats

Esto es una rutina bastanate rápida y sencilla que nos ayudara a estar lo bastante preparado para una rutina de mayor nivel y exigencia.
This is a fairly quick and easy routine that will help us to be prepared enough for a higher level and more demanding routine.
