Today, after class, I rushed home to drop things off and head out to the bars with the others. I warmed up quickly, because I wanted to take advantage of Friday to train the Front Lever, so I stretched well and together with @psycho-yoseph and @ciberman-76 we analyze the routine we were going to do for the Front.
We did different bench press routines. The advance tuck in rowing and the advance tuck in touch were very good routines to improve posture and stamina.
