Como están amigos de #Hive y #SWC soy @cristofercj-sw y en está ocasión les traigo un poco de lo que fue mi practica de la straddle planche que tuve antier, mi postura no esta muy buena pero allí. vamos

La planche straddle es un estático que no me he enfocado de manera profunda en practicarlo, porque he sido muy indisciplinado, no he tenido la paciencia en practicarlo, porque no veía progresión, porque no me gustaba esperar tanto tiempo, y aveces sentía que las rutinas no me funcionaban, pero fui muy tonto en no tener paciencia, hay que saber que los estáticos nos se obtienen de manera rápida, los estáticos se obtienen con varios meses de practica continua y mucha paciencia, no cometan el mismos error que yo en no tener paciencia en no practicar estaticos.
