Saludos amigs de #Hive y compañeros de #SWC, en este post les comparto un pequeño entrenamiento que tuve hoy domingo, regularmente lo tomo los domingos de descanso pero me salté como dos días de la semana sin entrenar y por eso decidí entrenar hoy!

El dia de hoy realizé un entrenamiento mixto porque hice un poco de espalda y pectoral. En el primer ejercicio hize 4 series de dominandas, luego hice musclueup que ya esun ejercicio quetrabaja tanto la espalda como el pectoral, y luego hice bardips, quize trabajar ambos musculos por varios entrenamientos que me salté ne la semana. Y bueno amigps esto ha sido mi post espero les haya gustado, estaré subiendo contenido durante esta semana. Soy @cristofercj-sw... nos vemos en un próximo posts!
Today I did a mixed workout because I did some back and pectoral. In the first exercise I did 4 sets of pull-ups, then I did musclueup which is an exercise that works both the back and the pec, and then I did bardips, I wanted to work both muscles for several workouts that I skipped during the week.
