En este entrenamientos pude obtener las push up en frontlever y en backlever ovbiamente tengo que seguir mejorándolas porque en las push up de frontlever no las subo completa, pero recuerdos que antes no podía subir ni un poco. En este entrenamiento también hice un poco de freestyly pero no pude terminar porque comenzó a llover un poco, y en lo que terminó la lluvia me puse a practicar estáticos, pero gracias a esto tuve un entrenamiento bastante completo porque me dedique a dinámicos y estáticos a la vez, y si contamos las push up que obtuve contaria como power moves o elementos de fuerza, pronto agregaré elementos de fuerza en mis combos.
