En la primera rutina realicé fondos en barra paralelas, 15 reps de 3 series, aunque en lo personal hago entre 20 y 25 reps, en la segunda rutina realicé fondos pero en una sola barra, 15 reps de 3 series igualmente, en el tercer ejercicio realice muscle up, en el video hice 6, pero acostumbro hacer 10 reps, y en las ultimas rutinas acostumbro a hacer flexiones normales, diamantes y abiertas.
In the first routine I performed parallel bar dips, 15 reps of 3 sets, although personally I do between 20 and 25 reps, in the second routine I performed dips but on a single bar, 15 reps of 3 sets equally, in the third exercise I performed muscle up, in the video I did 6, but I usually do 10 reps, and in the last routines I usually do normal, diamond and open push-ups.
