En el primer paso es indispensable el lanzarnos hacia arriba, ya que esto nos garantizará tener la barra cerca cuando demos el giró, por lo tanto soltaremos la barra cuando esté a la altura de los pectorales.
En el segundo paso, ya vendríamos trabajando en lo que es el giro, y para esto daremos una patada en la dirección donde queramos girar, si van a girar a la derecha la patada la darán con la pierna izquierda, y si van a girar hacia la izquierda la parada será con la pierna derecha, explicado ya esto, comenzarán girando 180⁰, luego comenzarán a girar con más fuerza para que lleguen a los 290⁰ y finalmente a los 360⁰.
El tercer paso sería buscar a tocar la barra, pero eso sí, tocándola con las palmas de las manos y no con las puntas de los dedos.
Y el cuarto y último paso es agarrar si o si la barra, apezar de que se oye simple, toma tiempo, en mi caso fue el paso que más me tomó tiempo.

The third step would be to look to touch the bar, but that yes, touching it with the palms of the hands and not with the fingertips.
And the fourth and last step is to grab the bar, even though it sounds simple, it takes time, in my case it was the step that took me the most time.
