Greetings, friends of #hive and #swc, today I come to share my Push training experience today. Today I arrived a little tired from school at a physiotherapy conference. When I got home, I ate and rested for a while to regain energy. When it was time for me to go to training, I showered, got ready and went to my training place. As soon as I got to the bar, I started to warm up my joints, wrists, elbows, shoulders, a little bit of my flexibility and some cardio with some burpees. After that, I started my circuit training today. First, I performed 4 sets of dips, I had 1 to 2 minute breaks between sets, and then, I performed 1 set with body weight to muscle failure. I was able to make 40 dips to failure. Then, I did 4 more sets, but, this time with the same bardips. They cost me a lot, but I was able to do the 4 series, resting 2 minutes between each one. Plus, 1 more set to muscle failure, I performed 45 repetitions to failure. Finally, I did 4 sets of push-ups. Here I felt like I was reaching my limit, but I was able to do the 4 sets, resting 2 minutes between each one, plus 1 set of push-ups with body weight to muscle failure. I performed 55 push-ups to muscle failure. Today's training was difficult for me, but I had to give it my all, always maintaining consistency and discipline. I hope you liked my training experience today. Diego Machin, sharing Calisthenics content with you, see you next time.💪🏽
