So, in a bit of a stealthy manner, I headed to the park to start my workout. Today I set out to work on my handstand one arm, a position I've always loved. Despite feeling a little heavy at first, I managed to find my balance and the workout flowed beautifully.
The park was almost empty, which meant I could concentrate as much as possible without distractions. Every time I managed to stay in the one-armed handstand position, I felt an incredible sense of accomplishment.
It was a really productive and rewarding day of training. Sometimes it's good to take a moment to focus on yourself and your goals, and today was one of those days for me. Even though people were enjoying the carnival party, I preferred to invest my time in my physical and mental well-being, and I don't regret it at all.
