A day of static on the beach
Saludos amigos de la comunidad SWC espero que se encuentren bien! Aquí les comparto nuevas fotos del día de ayer que me tomé lanzando algunos estáticos en la playa
Greetings friends of the SWC I hope you are all well! Here I share with you new photos from yesterday that I took while shooting some static shots on the beach.
bueno muchachos el día de ayer fui a la playa ya que había llegado mi hermana de chile entonces fuimos a pasear pero eso no fue un impedimento para yo poder hacer algo de calistenia ya que en mi bolso cargaba mis mini push-ups y entonces me puse a lanzar algunos estáticos
Well guys, yesterday I went to the beach because my sister had arrived from Chile so we went for a walk but that was not an impediment for me to do some calisthenics because in my bag I had my mini push-ups and then I started to throw some static ones.
y también llevaba mis muñequeras que siempre las cargo en el bolso me puse y calenté y después hice unos intentos de full solo pude marcarla aunque si dió tiempo para que le tomarán foto lo intente varias veces y me sentí bien ya que es algo de progreso
and I also wore my wristbands that I always carry in my bag, I put them on and warmed up and after a few attempts at a full house I was only able to mark it, although it did give time for the photo to be taken, I tried several times and it felt good since it is something of progress.
también hice algunos intentos de v-sit y un poco de handstand y handstand push -up y eso fue lo que pude hacer ya que si no encontré donde lanzar front-level pero por lo menos lanze algo ya que también el hacer calistenia es algo que disfruto hacer en mi vida
I also did some v-sit attempts and some handstand and handstand push-up and that's what I could do since I didn't find where to throw front-level but at least I threw something since doing calisthenics is also something I enjoy doing in my life.
