Saludos amigos de la comunidad SWCAquí les comparto una rutina de básicos que hice

Bueno el dia de hoy para empezar quise hacer básicos ya que tenia mucho tiempo sin hacer fondos, flexiones y dominadas y bueno a pesar de que como vengo diciendo mi fuerza a aumentado moderablemente ya les digo como fueron lis resultados

Para empezar hice fondos haciendo entre 20 a 25 reps en total fueron 4 series, después hice flexiones haciendo 25 reps siendo un total de 4 series cabe destacar que entre series tuve un descanso de 4 minutos, después para finalizar hice dominadas estas siendo 15 reps de 5 series aqui si los descansos fueron un poco mas cortos siendo de 2 min, y bueno eso fue todo del día de hoy los ejercicios que ejecute los hice estrictamente
