Bueno mis amigos, hoy les enseño de un entrenamiento que estuve realizando en el pabellón de gimnasia que está en la ciudad de San Cristóbal, aquí estuve con algunos amigos compartiendo, iba a ir al municipio de Michelena, pero por cuestiones que se me presentaron, pues se me dificultó poder ir, allí se había coordinado una exhibición y reunión con los atletas del Táchira.
En el pabellón estuve realizando algunos combos de estáticos y dinámicos, haciendo planchas, Hefesto, Back y giros como la salida mortal, el 360 y otras transiciones sencillas.
Mañana, estaré dando inicio a la semana con buenos entrenamientos de alta intensidad en los estaticos y practicando freestyle. Voy a organizar mejor mi tiempo para poder cumplir con todo y no faltar al entrenamiento, siempre he dicho que el esfuerzo trae grandes resultados.
