Ya que no estaba haciendo nada en ese momento y estaba aburrida, me puse a hacer algunos movimientos de estáticos para ver cómo los tenía, ya que últimamente no he estado entrenando, ya que he estado trabajando y el horario que tengo no me permite mucho ir a entrenar al parque muy seguido, así que entreno en la noche o en algún momento del día para no perder tanto el progreso que he tenido estos últimos meses.
Since I wasn't doing anything at that moment and I was bored, I started doing some static movements to see how I had them, since I haven't been training lately, since I've been working and the schedule I have doesn't allow me to go to the park very often, so I train at night or at some point during the day to not lose so much progress I've had these last months.
