El estilo libre es algo que cada uno de nosotros llevamos en el corazón cada dia que llegamos al pàrque nos visualizamos logrando un nuevo truco o progresando en un elemento ya sea de estático o de fuerza,esto gracias a la motivación,disciplina y constancia que no inspira a seguir adelante en este deporte,aun así sin tener las adecuadas medidas de seguridad nos arriesgamos a avanzar en cada movimiento practicado muchos nos hemos lesionado pèro seguimos adelante dejando el temor y los miedos atrás en este post veran diferentes elementos como de dinamicos y estaticos espero les motive y los impulse a seguir adelante en este hermoso y maravilloso deporte como lo es el Street workout.
Freestyle is something that each of us carry in our hearts every day we get to the park we visualize ourselves achieving a new trick or progressing in an element either static or strength, this thanks to the motivation, discipline and perseverance that inspires us to move forward in this sport, even so without having adequate security measures we risk to move forward in each movement practiced many of us have been injured but we move forward leaving the fear and fears behind in this post will see different elements such as dynamic and static I hope it motivates and encourages them to move forward in this beautiful and wonderful sport as it is the Street workout.
