Saludos amigos de la comunidad SWC¡ Saludos amigos de la comunidad SWC espero que se encuentren bien! el día de hoy le quiero compartir sobre mi entrenamiento planch hoy me toco entrenar con mi amigo Juan , comenzamos como siempre calentando con banda elástica y muscle up luego hicimos cuatro series de aguante de stradlle planch para ir activando para press luego comenzamos con la rutina de press realizaron 3 series de 2 repeticiones controlando siempre la negativa algo que no te bastante es que hoy sí me sentía bastante fuerte ya que no me salí una presa tan limpia y me sentía tan liviano en el pino . Los hice aguantes túck planch, descanse 3. A 4 minutos luego de eso hice positiva de ranita avanzada aguantando un segundo el pino hice 4 series de 5 intentos descansé más que todo porque sentía fatigada en el hombro y una pequeña molestia en la muñeca, luego de eso hice aguante más que todo de pino con flexiones realicé 4 series de 12 repeticiones de flexiones mas aguante de pino luego realicé básicos tales como lean planch push ups 4 series 20 y mas 4 press lean planch luego de eso descansamos 4 minutos para luego hacer fondos en anilla cuando iba a revisar mi primera serie de fondos en la anilla casi me caigo por el motivo que hice mucho agarre falso, luego me volví a montar y comencé a realizar las series de fondo luego a terminal realicé fondo a 90 grados. Hello friends of the community SWC Greetings friends of the SWC community, I hope you are well! Today I want to share with you about my planch training. Today I had to train with my friend Juan. We started as always by warming up with an elastic band and muscle up. Then we did four sets of straight planch holds to get ready for the press. Then we started with the press routine. We did 3 sets of 2 reps, always controlling the negative. Something that I didn't understand enough about is that today I did feel pretty strong since I didn't get a hold that clean and I felt so light on the handstand. I did tuck planch holds, rest 3. 4 minutes after that I did advanced frog positive holding the handstand for a second I did 4 sets of 5 attempts I rested mostly because I felt fatigued in my shoulder and a little discomfort in my wrist, after that I did hold mostly handstand with push-ups I did 4 sets of 12 repetitions of push-ups plus handstand hold then I did basics such as lean planch push ups 4 sets of 20 and more 4 lean planch press after that we rested 4 minutes and then did ring dips when I was going to check my first set of dips on the ring I almost fell because I did a lot of false grip, then I got back on and started doing the dip sets then at the terminal I did a 90 degree dip.
