El día de hoy les voy a enseñar todo lo que hice en mi visita al municipio de Michelena a principios de año, donde junto a algunos amigos fuimos a pasar una increíble tarde motivadora y llena de buena experiencia. Mis compañeros fueron parte de una competencia amistosa que hicieron allá, donde yo tuve el honor de ser juez de estáticos, bueno, chicos. No siendo más, espero que todos disfruten de mi publicación.

Today, I'm going to show you everything I did during my visit to the municipality of Michelena earlier this year, where some friends and I spent an incredibly motivating afternoon full of positive experiences. Partimos a eso de las 12 del mediodía, y duramos más o menos una hora en llegar, ya que el municipio de Michelena está a ese tiempo en moto. Nos tomamos una foto en una cauchera a mitad de camino. Después, al llegar, el ambiente era increíble; había inflables y un trampolín grande. Gracias al apoyo del alcalde del municipio hacia la calistenia, la competencia fue todo un éxito; había muy buenos atletas y fue increíble la experiencia vivida. Yo no participé en esta misma, ya que estaba recién volviendo a entrenar y no tenía el nivel necesario, sin mencionar que mis músculos y articulaciones no estaban preparados, pero aún así fue una increíble experiencia.
We left around 12 noon, and it took us about an hour to get there, since the municipality of Michelena is about that long by motorcycle. We took a photo in a rubber plantation halfway there. Afterward, upon arriving, the atmosphere was incredible; There were inflatables and a large trampoline. Thanks to the mayor's support for calisthenics, the competition was a huge success; there were some very good athletes, and the experience was incredible. I didn't participate in this competition because I was just getting back into training and wasn't up to the necessary level, not to mention my muscles and joints weren't ready, but it was still an incredible experience.
