Hola amigos y amigas de #hive y #swc. El día de hoy comparto con todos ustedes uno mas de mis objetivos para este año y és, poder subir un Hefesto. A continueación les explicaré elporqué quiero conseguir subir un Hefesto y les explicaré que es un Hefesto, sin mas nada que acotar. Empecemos!
Hello friends of #hive and #swc. Today I share with all of you one more of my goals for this year and that is, to be able to upload a Hephaestus. Next I will explain why I want to get a Hephaestus upload and I will explain what a Hephaestus is, without further ado. let us begin!
¿Qué es un Hefesto? What is a Hephaestus?
Lo primero que deben tener en cuenta es que el hefesto es un movimiento que implica mucha de la musculatura del tren superior, concretamente utilizaremos bíceps, antebrazos, hombros y pectoral principalmente. Además es un movimiento muy exigente, sobre todo para las muñecas y los codos, por lo tanto tenemos que prepararnos muy bien para no lesionarnos intentándolo.
The first thing to keep in mind is that the hephaestus is a movement that involves a lot of the muscles of the upper body, specifically we will use the biceps, forearms, shoulders and pectoral mainly. It is also a very demanding movement, especially for the wrists and elbows, therefore we have to prepare very well so as not to injure ourselves trying to do it.
¿Porqué quiero subir un Hefesto? Why do I want to upload a Hephaestus?
Anteriormente publiqué un post sobre lo que quiero lograr este año y el propósito de conseguir ser mejor és para ser un atleta completo y poder progresar, subir de nivel y ganar en una competenia de #swc, ya qué desde que entré en esta comunidad no he podido ganar nisiquiera calificar en un enfrentamiento. El Hefesto es un movimiento de poder lo cual hay que trabajarlo con constancia para conseguirlo. En las competencias, los jurados evaluan varios requisitos que deven cumplir los atletas los cuales son : Free Style, Estáticos, Power Move y Combinación, de mi parte cumplo sólo con dos de ellos: Estáticos y Free Style. Aún trabajo en mis combinaciones y estoy trabajando aún más en mis Power Move.
Previously I published a post about what I want to achieve this year and the purpose of getting better is to be a complete athlete and be able to progress, level up and win in a #swc competition, since since I joined this community I have not been able to win or even qualify in a matchup. The Hephaestus is a movement of power which must be worked with perseverance to achieve it. In the competitions, the juries evaluate several requirements that the athletes must meet, which are: Free Style, Static, Power Move and Combination, for my part I only meet two of them: Static and Free Style. I'm still working on my combinations and I'm working even more on my Power Moves.
Mi fuerza en los músculos que se emplean para subir un Hefesto son nulas pero sigo trabajando y entrenando para desarrollar mi fuerza. Entreno dos veces por semanas y descanso dos dias los músculos ya que entreno hasta el fallo, entreno con banda elástica para tener un apoyo y asistencia en el momento de entrenar.
My strength in the muscles that are used to climb a Hephaestus are nil but I continue to work and train to develop my strength. I train twice a week and rest my muscles for two days since I train to failure, I train with an elastic band to have support and assistance at the time of training.
Sé que no será facil, se que debo esforzarme para consieguir lo que deseo pero estoy decidido a alcanzarlo y voy a esforzarme al máximo, nada es fácil, todo se consige con esfuerzo y decicación. Ésto lo hago por mí y para mí. Esto es todo amigos y amigas de #hive y de #swc. Hasta la proxima.
I know it won't be easy, I know I have to work hard to get what I want but I'm determined to achieve it and I'm going to do my best, nothing is easy, everything is achieved with effort and determination. I do this for me and for me. This is all friends of #hive and #swc. Until next time.
