Progresión y ejercicios:
He comenzado a trabajar en series de súper advance, recomendadas por un amigo, ya que esto me ayudará a facilitar el paso a la full planche en el futuro. Aunque en las primeras series no me sentí muy confiado y pensé que no lograría más de 3 segundos, logré aguantar 4 segundos en ambas series. La forma no fue perfecta, pero me sentí sólido. Planeo seguir trabajando en esto en mis entrenamientos semanales, especialmente en los días en que practico front y planche.
Reflexión y motivación:
A pesar de las dificultades y sentir que algunos caminos se cierran, creo que siempre hay otras opciones para avanzar. Cuando un camino se cierra, se abren otros, y es importante adaptarse y seguir adelante. La clave está en no rendirse y buscar nuevas formas de progresar. ¡Nos vemos en el próximo blog! My planche form doesn't look as good as before, which worries me because I could hold it for over 4 seconds with a clean form. Currently, I can only hold it for about a second, which might be due to lack of strength or mental block.
