Buenos días, buenas tardes y buenas noches amigos de y compañeros de Community. Que tal? Cómo están? Espero que estén bastante bien. En esta ocasión, les traigo un post en dónde me dedico más que todo a orientar a unos amigos aquí en el parque de las flecheras, mi parque favorito en dónde inicie en este deporte.

El día de hoy, aproveche mi tiempo libre para ir al parque ya que tenía planeado orientar en el entrenamiento a un amigo mío, pero debido a unas complicaciones no pudo asistir el día de hoy. En cambio, aproveche y me junte con otros de mis amigos los cuales se encontraban practicando el giro de 360, y como se que en un principio este truco puede resultar un poco complicado decidí darles una pequeña orientación sobre este truco. Claramente en un principio fue complicado, ya que es normal que todos no entiendan a la primera, así que me tomé mi tiempo para explicarles paso a paso el truco sin tanto apuro.

Una cosa que se debe de tomar mucho en cuenta y más aún si se está explicando algún ejercicio o movimiento a alguien en cualquier tipo de deporte, es la paciencia y si, se que es algo muy obvio, pero ¿Por qué digo algo que es claramente obvio? Pues por el simple hecho de que no solo se necesita dar una buena explicación, si no que también se requiere darle todo el tiempo que sea necesario a aquella persona que estemos orientando, porque no solo se necesita un esfuerzo físico, también se requiere esfuerzo cognitivo. El esfuerzo cognitivo nos conviene demasiado, ya que nos ayuda mucho a mantener y mejorar las funciones ejecutivas del cerebro, como la atención, la memoria y la velocidad de procesamiento. Por eso, es muy importante no solo hacer ejercicio físico, si no que también el entrenamiento cognitivo y este mismo se puede ejercitar a base de juegos de mesa, una lectura regular, rompecabezas y acertijos, los cuales aparte de brindarnos un gran beneficio a nuestro cerebro, nos viene como anillo al dedo a nosotros los atletas ya que nos puede ayudar a tomar mejores decisiones en el terreno de deportivo y en consecuencia, a conseguir nuestro objetivos. En este caso, el truco 360. Así que tengan eso en mente, siempre hay que ser pacientes y nunca ser apresurados, o ¿Acaso quieren lesionarse? Jajaja. Por cierto, claramente no podía despedirme de mis amigos despues de haberlos estado orientando así como así, siempre será necesaria una fotografía junto a ellos como un gran y valioso recuerdo para un gran día como hoy, y sin nada más que decir, hasta aquí llega mi post.

One thing that must be taken into account and even more if you are explaining any exercise or movement to someone in any sport, is patience and yes, I know it is something very obvious, but why do I say something that is clearly obvious? For the simple fact that not only you need to give a good explanation, but you also need to give as much time as necessary to the person we are guiding, because not only physical effort is needed, but also cognitive effort is required. The cognitive effort is very convenient for us, because it helps us to maintain and improve the executive functions of the brain, such as attention, memory and processing speed. Therefore, it is very important not only to do physical exercise, but also cognitive training and this can be exercised through board games, regular reading, puzzles and riddles, which apart from providing a great benefit to our brain, comes like a glove to us athletes as it can help us make better decisions in the field of sports and consequently, to achieve our goals. In this case, the 360 trick. So keep that in mind, always be patient and never be in a hurry, or do you want to get injured? Hahaha.
