Est谩 compuesta por tan solo 5 ejercicios que nos ayuda a trabajar nuestro abs, esta rutina a poco poco les va a ayudar mucho a ganar m谩s definici贸n en ellos estos ejercicios son sencillos pero eficaz a la hora de realizarlos. Hello how are my dear friends from Hive and SWC, in today's post I come to bring you an abdomen routine that you can easily perform at home. It is made up of only 5 exercises that help us work our abs, this routine little by little is going to help you a lot to gain more definition in them. Abdominales Tijeras. 10 Reps/2 a 4 Series.
Crunches Scissors.10 Reps/2 to 4 Sets.
Aguante De Plancha. 8 a 10 Seg /2 a 4 Series.
Iron Endurance. 8 a 10 Seg /2 to 4 Sets.
Crunch Inverso. 10 Reps/2 a 4 Series.
reverse crunch.10 Reps/2 to 4 Sets.
Alpinista. 10 Reps/2 a 4 Series.
mountaineers. 10 Reps/2 to 4 sets.
Crunch Toque De Tal贸n. 10 Reps/2 a 4 Series.
Heel Touch Crunch.10 Reps/2 to 4 Sets.
