Saludos amigos de #swc y #liketu, soy (@jesus1sw), este post se trata de una tarde haciendo un poco de estáticos en el parque, el plan de hoy era ir a hacer freestyle, pero tuve un pequeño accidente en la tarde que me lo impidió, me corté la mano y es casi igual como si te rompieras un callo o peor, entonces eso nos impide a nosotros los atletas a practicar movimientos dinámicos ya que es doloroso tener la mano abierta y tener que hacer fricción con la barra, pues decidí ir a las ballenitas y me encontré con algunos compañeros de SWC y empezamos a realizar un poco de estáticos.
