Saludos amigos de SWC y liketu, soy @jesus1sw, y en esta ocasión les compartiré algunas fotografías de mi entrenamiento del día de ayer por la mañana, fui cerca de mi casa donde quedan las barras donde empecé a entrenar, me trae mucha nostalgia ir a ese pequeño parque donde todo comenzó, mi objetivo de ese día fue mejorar mi swing 360 y los giros como tal, primero decidí cambiar mi 360, es decir, con un agarré mixto, empecé con un impulso suave para tantear el giro y así acostumbrarme otra vez a ese 360, luego cuando me fuí acostumbrando más y más, hacía más impulso para hacer el giro mas limpio, ya cuando lo logre, empecé con los doble 360, me sentí cómodo a la hora de hacerlos porque había cambiado mi técnica totalmente, y haciendo los giros con más flote, ya sería cuestión de tiempo y seguirlos prácticamente cada vez más y seguir mejorando los giros y fluidez como yo quiero, como he dicho en post anteriores, pronto se llevará a cabo una competencia en la cual participaré, entonces estoy entrenando muy duro para esa ocasión, sin más nada que agregar espero les haya gustado y motivado las fotografías, nos vemos en una próxima publicación, gracias!.
