Saludos queridos amigos de la comunidad SWC. En esta oportunidad compartire con ustedes un pequeño set de entrenamiento en casa.
Greetings dear friends of the community SWC. This time I will share with you a little training set at home.
Hoy domingo no pensaba entrenar pero justamente hoy puse una barra en mi cuarto para practicar algunos estáticos que es lo que más me falta fortalecer, ayer no entrene porque decidí descansar, como les contaba puse una barra en mi cuarto y dije voy a hacer unos intentos de básicos, como tuck de front lever, intentos de plancha y de back lever también, y aproveché al mismo tiempo para var la competencia duals battles organizada por swc, no pude competir porque no cumplí los requisitos para ir a la competencia y porque no me siento realmente preparado ahora estoy empezando y no soy lo que era antes pero se que volveré y con más nivel, se que si fuera competido fuera quedado en podio sin duda alguna, pero la verdadera competencia que tengo en mente es la copa hive, se qué voy a divertirme pero también voy a ganar, espero poder cumplir las normas y poder asistir a la competencia.
Today Sunday I didn't plan to train but just today I put a bar in my room to practice some statics which is what I need to strengthen the most, yesterday I didn't train because I decided to rest, as I told you I put a bar in my room and I said I'm going to do some basic attempts, like front lever tuck, plank and back lever attempts too, and I took the opportunity at the same time to watch the duals battles competition organized by swc, I couldn't compete because I didn't meet the requirements to go to the competition and because I don't feel really prepared now I'm starting and I'm not what I was before but I know I'll be back and with more level, I know that if I competed I would be on the podium without any doubt, but the real competition I have in mind is the hive cup, I know I'm going to have fun but I'm also going to win, I hope I can meet the rules and be able to attend the competition.
La competencia aún no ha terminado pero ya me imagino quien va a ganar, espero todos disfruten del evento, siento que debemos mejorar mucho el nivel en Venezuela, porque si hay nivel pero no tanto, considero que para representar a Venezuela internacionalmente hablando hay que tener madurez pero lo más importante es tener disciplina deportiva y tener un exelente nivel, siempre intento mejorar y espero tener un buen nivel, no para competir sino para ganar espero poder seguir adelante.
The competition is not over yet but I imagine who will win, I hope everyone enjoys the event, I feel that we must improve the level in Venezuela, because if there is level but not so much, I believe that to represent Venezuela internationally speaking must have maturity but the most important thing is to have sporting discipline and have an excellent level, I always try to improve and I hope to have a good level, not to compete but to win I hope to move forward.
