Realicé 20 flexiones más 15 fondos por 4 series, luego de esto quede muy satisfecho con los ejercicios y con el entrenamiento, ya que fue bastante corto pero muy efectivo, ya que hay días donde nuestro cuerpo necesita un entrenamiento más suave y debemos escucharlo para así entrenar de manera correcta, espero estos ejercicios los puedas implementar en algunos de tus entrenamientos para esos días donde tu cuerpo te pide entrenar con baja intensidad, también te recuerdo que si llegaste hasta aquí no te vayas sin dejar un comentario.
