Saludos amigos de #Hive y compañeros de #SWC, espero se encuentren muy bien. Por acá les saluda nuevamente Joscar Mundo, compartiendo con ustedes un nuevo entrenamiento, este es un tanto diferente debido a que al momento de entrenar a la media hora empezó a llover muy poco luego de un rato llovió más fuerte y aproveche de tomar algunas fotografías entrenando en la lluvia y compartirlas con ustedes.

Como ya les he comentado mi entrenamiento del día lunes estoy realizando una rutina de front level, que me dio mi amigo @kley-sw, debido a la lluvia y que las barras son altas y gruesas no pude entrenar porque me resbalaba mucho, entonces decidí hacer básicos, para no perder el día de entrenamiento por la lluvia, luego de hacer Dominadas, fondos y algunos Muscle-up, me regrese a mi hora y empezar a realizar este post para compartir con ustedes.
As I have already told you my training on Monday I am doing a front level routine, that my friend @kley-sw gave me, due to the rain and that the bars are high and thick I could not train because I slipped a lot, then I decided to do basics, not to lose the day of training by the rain, after doing Dominadas, funds and some Muscle-up, I returned to my time and start to make this post to share with you.
