









Hola hivers de Hive y SWC, en este post les comparto mi entrenamiento de hoy el cual realice en casa de @chiqui-sw, me dijo que fuera temprano ya que en la tarde a eso de las 6pm él haria algo asi que le dije para a ir a eso de las 4:30pm y me dijo que si, tenia ganas de hacer aunque tenia los antebrazos y los hombros sobrecargados, fui y calente un rato y a los 10 minutos se fue la luz jajaj, como era de tarde no le pare mucho, puse musica y me puse a hacer free, empecé con un combo suave de trucos basicos y para aprovechar la energia que tenia empece a lanzar combos, me salio el 540 a doble 360 a segundo intento, luego practiqué mis dobles en X y lo quise combinar con mis dobles normales y aunque me salio, me salio un poco sucio ya que tenia bastante carga en el bicep derecho, asi que deje el entreno hasta ahi, no fue tan largo pero practiqué lo queq queria y preferi dejar mi entreno de free hasta ahi para no lastimarme porque la verdad si sentía bastante tenso el bicep, espero les gusten las fotos !
