








Hola hivers de Hive y SWC, hoy les vengo a compartir lo que fue mi entrenamiento de ayer dìa lunes. El plan de ayer era ir a entrenar freestyle en casa de @chiqui-sw pero llegue y haba bastante tiempo de lluvia, justo 5 minutos despues llego @diego-333 y los muchachos, como empezó a lloviznar decidimos ir al venoil ya que los colchones se iban a mojar, salimos al venoil bajo la lluvia y llegamos a calentar y lanzar algunos combos. Me tocaba entrenar empuje asi que lancé varias cosas que queria intentar, principalmente controlar mi cadera en el handstand ya que quiero sacar el pino bandera. Tambien lancé varias subidas y las sentí bastante comodo por lo que junto a la subida intente handstand push ups y me salieron algunas. Termine con esto y empece mi rutina la cual se parecia mucho a la ultima que hice pero no hice muchas series de handstand push ups ya que en la pared caia la lluvia. Hice 3 subidas a handstand por 3 series, luego 2 series de handstand push ups asistadad, continué con 3 series de 12 repeticiones de pike push ups con los pies elevados, segui a esto con una super serie de lean planche, en la cual hice 6 push ups, con un aguante isometrico abajo en la flexion y luego aguantes de lean plache a rir 1 para terminar bastante fuerte la rutina, y asi fortalecer mis hombros. Luego fuimos a comprar un jugo ya que teniamos bastante sed y me fui a mi casa a estirar, hacer movilidad, y hacer unos ejercicios de estabilidad para los hombros para prevenir lesiones y mejorar las formas de mis elementos, muchas gracias por leer !
Hi hivers of Hive and SWC, today I come to share with you what was my training yesterday monday. Yesterday's plan was to go to freestyle training at @chiqui-sw's house but I arrived and there was a lot of rain, just 5 minutes later @diego-333 and the guys arrived, as it started to drizzle we decided to go to the venoil because the mats were going to get wet, we went out to the venoil in the rain and we got to warm up and throw some combos. It was my turn to train push ups so I threw a few things I wanted to try, mainly controlling my hips on the handstand as I want to get the flag pine out. I also threw in a few pull ups and felt pretty comfortable with them so along with the pull up I tried handstand push ups and got a few. I finished with this and started my routine which looked a lot like the last one I did but I didn't do many sets of handstand push ups as the wall was raining. I did 3 handstand pull ups for 3 sets, then 2 sets of handstand push ups assisted, continued with 3 sets of 12 reps of pike push ups with feet elevated, followed this with a super set of lean planche, in which I did 6 push ups, with an isometric hold down on the push up and then lean plache holds to rir 1 to finish the routine pretty strong, and thus strengthen my shoulders. Then we went to buy a juice since we were quite thirsty and I went home to stretch, do mobility, and do some stability exercises for the shoulders to prevent injuries and improve the shapes of my elements, thank you very much for reading !
